It's nice, would make an excellent gift,by S. Garsson (4 out of 5 stars)

It is kind of lightweight, but is cute and handy enough as a paperclip/desktop accessory. I would buy again, and it would make an excellent gift for an executive or just about anyone that appreciates subtle whimsey.
Nice but could be stronger

Cute, I have it on my desk at work and what I have learned is the magnet is not as strong as it could be so the clips tend to get skewed about still, just not as bad.
Its cute.. but the magnet isn't very strong ...

this item is a complete garbage, looks like it came from a dollar store. Very unattractive, horrible craftmanship, does not hold paper clips well, and too small. Do not buy!
Great $5 desk piece.

Cute idea. Poor execution. Weak magnet. Cheap Easter egg looking. I get compliments because it's cleaver. I might just use an Easter egg with a magnet.
best desk toy ever

This is such a cute invention for anyone that works at a desk and uses paper clips. I love birds, and scrambled eggs, and this is a perfect toy. Very strong, reliable magnet,
Cute concept that doesn't execute

Love the idea of the paperclip desk egg, especially as an estate planning type of joke. However, the magnet is not strong enough and the clips to not adhere to the egg in the way it looks on the picture. There is just no way to form the dense nest of clips. The nest looks scattered and patchy.
Bought as gift, they love it

I bought this as a gag gift, but it's remarkably useful (and kind of cute too). I'm thinking about getting one for myself!
So cute! Everyone that sees it loves it.

Clear line where the 2 halves meet
by DualMonitors (1 out of 5 stars)

This egg is unattractive, to me, in real life.
The two halves do not meet up attractively and there is a clear line at the border where they meet.
Cleverly, the photographs of the item (on the packaging, website, etc.) do not show this "crack" or line.
The poor workmanship makes this item ill suited for my desktop.
