Bring along a handful of your favorite building blocks - it's compatible with LEGO, Pixel Blocks, Mega Blokes, KRE-O, or K'NEX Bricks - and tinker with a creation while your upper management drones on about things they think are important. It's ok, but can't build on all of the surfaces and it arrived DIRTY!

I am not too impressed with this mug, can't really drink out of it and it is way to big to put in the cabinet. Also, tried to use our legos on the sides and they only work on three of the areas. lame! Also, the package arrived and the clear plastic display was so dirty and dusty that I couldn't even use it - I purchased as a gift and had to totally dismantle the packaging so it wouldn't look like it was in storage in a dirt factory - which I think it might've been!

It's ok...but...

Ok here's the deal...it's a great concept. It looks cool and many of the Lego pieces do fit. HOWEVER, many Lego pieces do NOT fit onto this mug. The spacing of the holes are too wide, but only slightly. I had to seriously force a few bricks into their spots. Some of the knobs on the front of the cup (opposite the handle) were too small I guess, because the pieces kept falling off! My son had a hell of a time decorating this for me but in the end it sits on my desk at work as a proud Father's Day display. Forget about drinking from this thing, the lip is too thick (that's what she said?)

It's rare that when I walk from the kitchen to my desk in my office at work that someone doesn't comment "That's such a cool cup!" My wife gave it to me for Father's Day a couple of years ago. I think it's cute but something about it really excites people. It's slightly annoying that it didn't come with Lego bricks, which I had to buy separately, but it's more than made up for with what a crowd pleaser this is.

Lego my muggo

This cup is great. You can easily build on it from multiple sides and directions. It also doesn't taste plastic-y when you drink hot or cold drinks from it. This would make a great gift for a Lego-lover!

Lots of Fun and Makes Me Smile!
by Avid Reader (4 out of 5 stars)

I love this coffee mug! I got it for my office as a decoration and something to make me smile when I look at it. It's perfect! I have not tried LEGOs with it yet, but plan to and will update this review once I have. As you can see from the photos, I have a Doctor Who Monsters of Doctor Who character builder set on my cup. I'm hoping to get LEGOs for my birthday soon to put inside the cup and use to decorate other parts of the cup. Will update as soon as I get them. This is fun to play with and makes me smile when I look at it.

Update 3/2/15: I found some Legos to try out with the cup. The ones and twos can fit most of the cup. Anything bigger did not seem to fit (fours, etc.). The other pieces don't fit very tightly, but it's O.K. for display. (Just a note, I taped the Doctor Who Doctors on top of the cup.)

Mug is a waste and does not fit LEGO's
by B. Dearie (1 out of 5 stars)

Completely useless mug for LEGO's. They do no fit at all and are extremely loose. The pictures are deceiving and this was a complete waste of money. Now all I have is a mug, that was not worth the money I paid for it. I can beleive Thinkgeek would even consider selling something like this.

Mine doesn't work with legos or megablocks
by Kindle Customer (2 out of 5 stars)

I really wanted to like this mug -- but it just doesn't work. The only thing we've been able to successfully attach is a Chewbacca mini-fig. The bricks just don't work because the holes are to large, small, or poorly spaced. I wish I could send it back AND I wish Lego would make one that does really work because it would be an incredibly cool product.

Funny that the picture only shows items attaching to the mug on the "male" side of the mug. Looks like even the prototype didn't work too well.

LEGOS DON'T FIT.
by Amazon Customer (1 out of 5 stars)
December 24, 2017

I looked at a lot of different lego mugs and this seemed to be the one with the best reviews so I ordered it for a gift for a friend. But sadly legos really don't fit on any of the inverted circle which it basically the entirety of the mug. The legos either can't fit on or the fit and fall right off. A great idea to have but if it doesn't work then it isn't much fun. Even if I wanted to be extra creative I don't want to give my friend something that doesn't work how it's suppose to.

Significantly less cool than it sounds...
by John Rose (2 out of 5 stars)

I bought this for my brother and we are playing with it and only one side is buildable. I bought it for him after seeing one built into like a cart with lego wheels, but thats impossible, as you can't build on the bottom. The sides of the cup that you would drink out of do not fit pieces, and you can build onto the handle (which honestly is less practical than being able to build on the sides).

Poorly made.
by S. Kanehl (2 out of 5 stars)

Was very disappointed with the product. While it seemed like a fun item, the holes are not spaced to accept Lego bricks. Lego bricks attach to the bumps just fine, but not the holes. Which basically means, 1/2 of the item is useless. Not at all cracked up to what the advertisement leads one to believe. Would not recommend. Would not buy again.
