The walls between each of the section helps ensure that food oils and liquid do not spread across and touch other cooking items. When cooking foods like omelets, the liquid of the eggs is kept confined as it cooks while allowing other items like veggies or sausages to cook and not mix. Triple Fry pan is made from a high-end Aluminum alloy body, the inside of he pan uses a high-end fluorine resin coating to prevent food from sticking as well as to help keep the life of the pan. Cooking Pan size - 9.5 inch wide in diameter The divider walls inside is about 0.60 inch tall.

I'm happy I found this pan. I like the small size of each individual section and I think it's best for cooking enough for 1 small person. My husband and I eat pretty differently and I find myself making one thing for him and something completely different for myself. This pan will definitely save me some space on the stovetop!

This this is stupid small. I had room to cook 1 egg, 1 strip of bacon, and make 1 pancake. My skillet can cook at least 3 of EACH and costs half as much.

If I had a large enough kitchen I'd get more of these.

A whole lunch cooked in one pan but without the cross contamination of flavor that would happen in a standard skillet is awesome.

I may try rolled pancake as well >.>

What a great investment as a person who is always making lunch for just myself to bring to work. As an avid tomagoyaki maker however, I do wish the long rectangle portion was a tiny bit deeper to allow for more layers of the tomagoyaki. However, with some practice, I've been able to make it work just fine.
