Seriously so funny (even grandma was killin herself)!by Rookie_cookie (5 out of 5 stars)

This game is hilarious! My family played the game of things for xmas and we nearly died. I could see how things could easily get inappropriate with an intoxicated all-adult group, but I honestly found it way funnier playing with my boyfriend, parents (in their 50s), my super religious 15 year old sister and my grandmother. We had a riot and I've never seen grammie laugh so hard that she was crying. I would suggest that you keep the group to a moderate size, we played with 6 and it was perfect. On another occasion (a couple's trip) we played and there were at least 10 of us. I must say at that point it took way too long and people started losing interest. Otherwise, this game is awesome and a good one to bust out during family get togethers or small parties.
Great game! Definitely a fun time.

We spent hours playing this game over the summer with more people than the game suggests. I think we had 15 people playing it at one point during the family reunion. It was a great hit with everyone. I plan on giving it as a gift to fellow game lovers. We had to skip a few topics for the younger kids (7-8) for context, but they loved playing. We also had to supply a little extra paper because we played it with so many people. I highly recommend trying this for parties and gatherings. It's a great way to get to know people better while having a lot of fun.
Fun game for a group of people.

I attended a family gathering and took this game with me. There were 17 of us, ranging in age from 14 to 71 and we had a blast. I have to warn you, this game can get colorful if you aren't careful. But everyone had a blast and they are all looking at this to be at future gatherings! I acted as a moderator and passed out, sheets, collected and then read. I had as much fun doing that as the others did playing. I had them drop answers in a bowl and then I pulled out randomly and read.

Santa brought this to our family for Christmas this year. We played the first time together today. It was so fun! We looked through all the cards before playing, as we have kids 10 and under. We wanted to make sure it was appropriate. We decided other than a few cards, which we took out, all of them were appropriate and understandable for the kids, as long as the adults in the room keep their minds out of the gutter and we were able to keep the game "clean" for us. We had a blast playing with our kids!
a great game for the whole family

Hilarious! All the cards have a different question on it and all you have to do is fill out a strip of paper and give it to the reader. Once all the answers are collected the reader will read them all and the next person will have to guess whose it is. My family played this game once and let me tell you that you don't even have to have outrageous answers to get people laughing. This game is also like the game memory because we have to remember who guessed what once it's your turn. LOVE it!!
Fun game for older crowd

This is such a fun game. I initially played it over at a friends house and ended up buying it. This is an age 14 and up game more due to just not having the knowledge. However, the answers could be as grown up as you want to make it. I had family out of town that were 13 and 11 and we just pulled some of the fun cards out they would understand and have fun with. Couple questions are like, Things you shouldn't do in a group of people.. Things you shouldn't put in your mouth. Things your parents forgot to tell you. But it was a lot more laughs when it was just the adults playing.
Hilarious game if you play with hilarious people

If you want to enjoy this game you need to be playing with a creative group of people who can think of messed up, hilarious stuff. It's a level beyond Cards Against Humanity because you can't just rely on people picking a funny pre-made card, they've got to be quick on their feet be able to think of funny answers.
CAH is old after the 2nd game. You've heard every card. Game of Things you get some repeats on obvious answers, but with a good enough group you will also be rolling. Multiple times we had to pause because people couldn't breath from laughing so hard.
Not sure how the game is confusing. Everyone writes an answer and turns them in. The reader reads them all. Then you go in a circle and try to guess who wrote what. If you guess one right you keep guessing and that person doesn't get to guess. If you want to keep it simple than the reader can just pick a winner like in CAH.
There are a lot of cards, but some are lame and won't ever want to be played.
BEAUTIFUL!

I can't wait to play this. I bought this because I thought the commercials were funny. I am actually going to turn in into a drinking game. So excited! the box itself is a beautiful brown wood color. Very different from the picture, I haven't decided if it's better or not. Either way its a beautiful box for a board game. I'm very happy.
Feels like homemade game for middle school afterschool program run by a local church.

I was really excited about this game, as it's described as pretty much a variant of cards against humanity, but family-suitable. My nephews wouldn't even play it after glancing through the cards. Also - writing things down is awkward, and it's ridiculously overpackaged in a huge solid plastic box, with teeny weeny cards inside.
So unhappy, wish I could return but it's opened. Questions range from generic, "things you would like to change", to juvenile, "things Dad is better at", to churchy, "things you think are the work of the devil (!?)."
Such a great game!

This is exactly what I was hoping for! There are over 300 cards of "things" there are a good amount of response and score cards. When you run out I'm sure you can buy more..or just use scrap paper. The box is real good quality wood. They even supply you with pencils!
