It's ok I thought it would be brighter. The room has to be pitch dark in order to see lights well. In this day and age of technology and plugs and screens of clocks and computers it is hard to find total darkness. It does go to the beat of the music but it must be right next to the music to work. I don't think I would buy this again. I thought the kids would be excited but they weren't. Looks better on the packaging. Great job marketers!

This is a great,fun product. The packaging, however, was terrible. It shipped in its box with a mailing label slapped on it. What a nice surprise for the intended recipient to see sitting on the front porch! Except it was supposed to be a surprise...oooops...

The lightshow is fine, but the name and product description made it sound like it would actually PLAY music! After all, that's what a DJ does, but this device does not.

This "lightshow" illuminates just a small portion of the ceiling when in a very dark room. The variety of colors is nice, but picture on the box is misleading.
