I purchased this to go with the Sylvania SDVD1332 13.3" Portable DVD Player (also from Amazon) because other reviews had mentioned it fit it perfectly, and I cannot say that I agree. While you could position the velcro straps to keep it in place, it does not hold it very securely. There are two mechanisms that are to be velcroed (is that a word?) together, and one of them does not line up properly with the more important, stabilizing ones are in place. The material is a bit flimsy, but it did hold the player in place well enough for a 2000 mile road trip. I also could not zip it up with the DVD player inside because it is too wide. I imagine a smaller device would fit in it more appropriately, but I will be looking for something else to fit my larger 13.3" screen DVD player a little better.

The Jackey Awesome®Foldable Car Seat Laptop Tray is flimsy and poorly designed. There was no instructions on how to use the product, the seams were coming undone, and they expected a small piece of cardboard to hold up your computer/TV. We returned this product immediately and cannot recommend it!!

We used this for our 32 hour road trip. It was for our daughter. It held up the portable dvd player. She was also able to color, play toys, eat. I gave it 4 stars because it doesn't come instructions. Especially for the shoelace like string it comes with. We ordered in a hurry and it arrived on time.

This is a waste of space. I bought it as someone recommended it for the Sylvania SDVD1332 (bigger portable DVD player. There are random strings and velcro strips on the thing, but as you can even see in the picture, NOTHING works to secure a laptop-sized device. So if you're going to actually move your car, the thing is going to just fall into whomever is watching it's lap. That seems dangerous. And the stitching was almost completely out on one side so it looks like a cheap piece of garbage. And the "strips" that are supposed to secure it in a vehicle? They do not fit around the standard sized headsets in our car, so this was just a complete waste of money. You're better off using string from your junk drawer.

My daughter was doing very well with this desk and especially liked that it doesn't have any holes along the sides for her pencils to fall out, but today I had to take it out of the car and discovered that the back of the desk (against the seat) is literally falling apart. The seams are all coming undone, unravelled, etc. It hasn't been abused nor has anything as heavy as a laptop even been on it--it's just poorly made.

It's really cheap, of course, which would make me consider buying the same one again, but, comparatively, I'm much more likely to buy the Alex car desk (for kids) which we also have, and have been using for over THREE TIMES as long as we had this one -- and it's still not falling apart. Much better quality. Probably not a design you want for your business work, though. :)

Good case for our DVD player

It is a bit wobbly but it does the job. I got it for a 13.3" DVD player and it fits good. Time will tell if my daughter can resist messing with it, but so far so good. I cannot zip it up for a case because the DVD player is just too bulky, but that is fine, had not planned on using it for that purpose. I don't particularly like the way it straps onto the headrest, but it works.

the base is not sturdy enough...there should have been a more rigid bottom which would not buckle or loose its shape. I did placed a more stronger plexi glass under my laptop, which kept the form better...also needed a firmer zipper

This foldable, zip-up Car Seat Laptop tray is super light weight, portable, and doubles as a protective cover for your device. It will hold small netbooks, and laptops or you can even place a tablet mounted in a case and stand into this holder too. ***NOTE: This is perfectly sized for the SDVD1332 DVD player. The closed measurements are 15.25" x 11.5" x 2". It folds closed and zips up with the device inside of it, and can be used as a protective cover to carry your device in. It has two Velcro straps to secure to the back of a vehicle's headrest posts. Also included is a long tie down string to hold down the bottom of the tray against the seat back (so it doesn't swing back and forth or side to side while driving). The nylon and mesh fabric makes it flexible, light weight and secures the "SDVD1332" very nicely within and the adjustable side Velcro straps allow you to set it up at the desired viewing angle. It has what feels like thin cardboard inserts stitched in between the top and bottom fabric, so it supports light weight devices well, but is not intended for heavy objects as it will sag or the Velcro straps may fail while driving on rough roads or bumps. Due to it's larger dimensions, it does hang down quite low when mounted from the head rest posts. Depending on the distance between different vehicles' front and rear seat configurations it may be right in your lap or hanging too low when mounted. ***This is not a perfect car seat holder, but it does work well to carry and mount the "SDVD1332" DVD player. It also has several included small pockets and sleeves, some with Velcro to hold smaller items: magazines, books, maps, cell phones, pens/pencils, snacks/drinks and other electronics. I use mine to store my SDVD1332 in when not in use and it works great for that purpose. It does not have a carry strap, but the Velcro mounting straps, that are stitched-in towards the top on one side, can be used for this purpose if needed.

I purchased this for a 13" dvd player that did not come with a case. The player fits in the case very snugly. The head rest straps are installed different than the pictures show. I had 2 sets of velcro straps attached vertically to the case. There is no carrying handle. The "Tray Table" did not attach to the non-adjustable head rest on my 02 F-250. I secured it another way however the dvd screen could not be opened at 90 degrees (as shown) and made viewing the dvd impossible, even with the seat back in the furthest upright position. The "Tray Table" does make a good storage case but to thin to try to store accessories with it.

It's just an OK tray.. I use it for a 13.3" DVD player that I purchased recently from Amazon (Sylvania SDVD1332 13.3-Inch Swivel Screen Portable DVD Player with USB/SD Card Reader).. The DVD player is very light and hence this tray could hold it.. The base isn't sturdy enough for anything heavy .. It served my purpose well.. I use it while travelling..
..and yes... I received that long shoe lace type black chord that everyone were commenting on.. Dont know what its for..
