i'm a very happy customer! a great christmas gift! this plush pillow is soooo beyond cute. the fur is very soft, and good quality. the size is perfect, not too small nor big (refer to the second picture with my hand next to it). other reviews say it was more of a light pink, but mine was white. there is a scent pack (see last photo), that is small and removable. it smells of lavender. there is velcro near the bottom (3rd picture) and doesn't show when stuck together. This allows the fleece to be removed and washed. not only was the seller extremely helpful when i asked for shipping info, but i recieved this package in about 2 weeks (which is good coming from china). i'm definitely considering getting another one! thanks again!

Pretty sure this is a rip-off product

It is so cute in the stock photos on the product page but what I got is so... Weird looking...It looks and feels cheap.

Mine has an extra 'flap' of fabric on it's head. I don't know if it is supposed to be there but on this one it makes it look like it is wearing a weird hat. It just doesn't look like the photos. And the cover overall is pretty ill-fitting.

Also mine didn't even come with the red packaging around it like it has in the photos on here. It just came compressed in a small bag. No tags on this thing anywhere either. I'll probably be returning it.

I ordered this item before Christmas, and it said it would be delivered sometime in January. However, seller shipped this the next day and it came weeks early! I was able to give it as a gift to my daughter. It's soft and smelled nice - like something was sprayed on it.

My daughter loved it and It was exactly what I expected.

I absolutely love this product. Despite people saying that it is trying to copy a Japanese brand, I love the design regardless. Some reviewers have commented on how the scent is too strong for them, however, I love the scent. I do not think the scent is overpowering at all. If you're into aromatherapy, you could also add your own scents (satchel of scents is found in the alpaca's butt, how funny).

Downside: fur seems to come off the alpaca slowly. I am dreading the day when my alpaca becomes naked, haha.

In short-- it's perfect. It's a great size, super fluffy, so adorable. I love it so much. Not to mention I received this super fast! About three weeks before it was supposed to arrive! I am so pleased.

This product is such poor quality I don't even know where to begin... The removable fuzzy cover that is supposed to resemble fur is so thin you could rip it with a fingernail. It is an entirely different fabric than the images on the Amazon website. It was also way too big for the body bag underneath and the stitching too loose. The body bag would need three times the amount of stuffing provided to even come close to be being called a pillow. Only one side of an imitation Velcro strip. No packaging, no labels or identifying tags. Just a shoddy knockoff that is cheaper than a carnival stuffed animal, which I didn't think was possible. It came in a twisted and knotted garbage bag inside a ziptop baggie. I fear it was made in a sweatshop by a three year old. This seller should be ashamed of themself.

My new favorite cuddle pillow! So soft and perfect size for hugging. The description says white but the "cover" is a light pink. I was happily surprised to see the cover completely comes off for washing! The Velcro is pretty thick so this will last forever hopefully. I'm buying a second one just in case this one "walks" away with one of my teenagers!

This alpaca pillow is huge! It's super soft and great for cuddling. The fur is removable for easy washing as well. I found that when it first arrived, bits of fur shed off for a about a week or so but now it seems much better. Underneath the alpaca's fur, there is a small pouch at the back end where you can put a small scented pouch to add an aromatherapy aspect to cuddling it. A great item at a great price. I've seen these things sell for much higher prices elsewhere.

This llama was a personal purchase and its been a want on my want list for about 4 months. I love that in the picture it showed a llama that's fur was removable and cute and fluffy. What I received was a cute and fluffy llama with no removable parts and a little bit of stuffing inside of it. I was amazed on how tiny the packaging it came in. It was a big stuff stuffed into a tiny square package and i am sill figuring out how such a big llama stuff animal fit. I will be keeping the llama because it cute but won't buy another one like I planed to purchase. Buy if you don't care it its not original and don't care for it to have removable fur.
