Cheap Hollow Plastic

The particular one I received was cheaply made. Hollow plastic. I literally opened it from the box It was delivered in and grabbed a beer from the fridge as soon as I received it in the mail. Did not even get the bottle open. Cracked the head of the wrestler instantly. This is not durable at all. Very cheaply made. I regret this purchase.

Decent quality, but not the right color

The Shovel Bottle Opener is copper colored. The description is relatively confusing "Kikkerland Copper Shovel Bottle Opener, Gold". I took a gamble and ordered it, hoping it would indeed be gold colored. It is definitely cooper colored. Otherwise, the shovel bottle opener seems pretty nice.

Looking good mounted on my cooler...but you will have to provide an outside and inside mounting plate in order to use it this way... on the outside is a stainless steel 304 grade 1/16" thick plate and shown is a composite wood block back plate located just below the coolers inner flange seal...The cooler is a 52qt Igloo Quantum cooler with wheels and pull handle... available on Amazon.

I purchased this as part of a gift for my cousin who just graduated from the police academy. Honestly, I didn't expect it to be as heavy/durable as it was because of the price. I am glad I was proven wrong. It's a great bottle opener and I would purchase again.

Makes a great, cheap, classy gift to give. Have one myself as I really dig the copper look. It wears over time but gets a nice patina. Functions well as opener.

Not great. It works best by putting the cap of the bottle on the lower jaw, instead of the upper jaw like other bottle openers. The white paint on the teeth comes off easily also. The magnet holds pretty well though.

We ended up with a lighter blue Luchador, with his arms in a ring in front of him (see the black picture from Amazon?). I'm not sure why it's a bit clumsy to use - either the angle isn't quite right, or the opener is hard to grip. My husband loves the style, and says it's worth the hassle.
