Great for arthritis fingers & stressby islandgirl (5 out of 5 stars)

I used to wake up in the morning with stiff aching fingers due to arthritis and my fingers would hurt so bad from typing, but not anymore. I've been using these rings for about 2 weeks everyday, whenever I have a chance, roll it on each finger up and down like a massage. I put one in my car, next to my keyboard at work, in the bedroom, in my purse & in the living rm. Another benefit from these rings, I used to have a neck pain due to stress, but the pain is gone since I've been using these rings. Perhaps when I wear the ring I concentrate most on my finger than my problems?
Love these

These little guys made a believer out of me. I struggle with inflammation in my fingers and wrist due to being on the computer so much. I was having a lot of problems with especially my thumbs. My husband bought these for me and I was pretty skeptical at first. I figured I would try them and if they didn't work, not that much lost. They work. I use them almost every evening for 10-15 minutes and I have to admit, I'm not having near the pain in my hands. Now is this in my head or do they really work? I don't know and I don't care. Either my brain is playing tricks on me or they actually work so that's all that matters to me.
Love them!

I started using them right away. They feel great. I took them to work and had several co-workers try them and they loved them as well. (Although, so far all the males (2) that have tried them didn't have the same reaction, basically saying they didn't really notice much...perhaps not really understanding the benefits of reflexology, or didn't really try them with real interest...I can't say for sure) Update: I now can say the first two males that tried them aren't the norm.
Another update: I ordered two more packs and they didn't come packaged the same way at all. Very disappointed. :-( They didn't come in the tube with the instructions/reflexology map.....

I have sent these in care packages for college students and the fidgeters loved them. Even non-fidgeters enjoy the stress relief from them. My daughter grabs the one we keep handy every time she comes and loves it. If you don't have someone to give you a hand massage, this is second best! Great for stocking stuffers, Easter baskets, shipping care packages....

Can't stress enough how pleased I am with these rings. It's amazing how well they help with sore fingers after a long day of climbing. I have also given some to my father to help with arthritis stiffness in his fingers and he likes them too.
Great for climbers and those wanting to relax their fingers!

I am an avid rock climber and brought a box of these to a local rock gym I belong to. I ended up giving them out to my friends there, and at the end of the night, ordered 2 more boxes. These things are wonderful, especially if you like to fidget with your fingers while at work, or watching TV, etc. They are highly recommended to loosen up your fingers before and after an excellent climbing session. The seller is top-notch and their customer service is wonderful. They managed to replace one of my orders without any hesitation. Goda and these massage rings definitely get my vote.
Poorly constructed

The set came as described. The rings work well for my daughter who needs sensory input to her hands and fingers. However, one of the rings broke within 5 minutes of opening the package. Luckily there are more rings, but they are not well made. Great idea. Poor construction.
One broke within a day and seller has not return

I bought these from MoGo. They arrived on Saturday (we loved them), and one broke Monday morning. However, you are not able to return this item, at least if you buy from MoGo. Very sad, because my husband, son and I loved them. But the one I used for less than half an hour broke, so for me they're no good.
Really works to reduce stiffness in the fingers

I love these rings. I have very stiff fingers from rock climbing and overuse. A physical therapist recommended using these. Now I use the rings every day and it helps me with increasing circulation to the fingers and releasing the stiffness.
I like these. Have had issues with them coming apart...

I like it, nice for relaxing your fingers after significant exercise. I have had a couple of them come apart rather quickly - I managed to twist them up and get them kind of hooked back together, but they seemed to come apart far too easily and quickly.
Good for climbers!

When I wake up with stiff fingers from climbing the night before, these quickly relieve the stiffness so I can go about my day!
