Slight Sideshow Quality Issue

I waited too long to purchase him directly from Sideshow, so I was relieved that I could still purchase on Amazon. Came quickly and in good condition.

Only problem, and I consider it a pretty big one, is that an incorrect part was used on his inside left 'knee cap'. It was the outside-left part. At first, I thought it was just a misalignment but quickly realized Sideshow had assembled the wrong part. I can't blame the retailer, and unfortunately that was the last one they had.

Contacted Sideshow who told me they wouldn't do anything because I didn't buy directly from them (I just wanted another part that I'd happily install myself), and it didn't matter because they didn't have the part anyway. OK, no amount of money offer to SS got results. They suggested that I return it to the people from whom I purchased, but they didn't have more, and the only other one available was usuriously priced. So, I'll deal with it.

May get ambitious later and fabricate one myself, but overall he's such an awesome product that I'll of course keep him.

The reduced star is just for the incorrect part included on a pretty dang expensive product.

I recibe the figure but whwn a opened i saw a part missing,

I saw a empty holle in the parking fixture.
