Huge disappointment

Huge disappointment! The bed is lumpy and has foam pieces that are hard and poke into a person attempting to lay down. I left the bed open and on the floor for two days. Yes, the foam did expand but is so uneven that some areas have little foam and others have too much. I tried shaking the bed from all sides but that only made larger areas of too much foam. As it has yet to be used I am seriously considering returning it. Never again😡

We bought this because it seemed that we were buying a new air mattress for the same price every time we had guests, which ultimately would leak air after two or three nights. This seemed like the perfect solution because foam can't leak!

First, buy this way in advance of your guests arriving. It arrives vacuum packed and it takes much longer than the stated 24 hours to "re-volumize", and I had to put a lot of work in after those 24 hours to manually work out the lumps.

Taking this out of the bag and "setting up", was very easy, but I don't know how those two teenage girls in the video put it away so easily. It's not impossible, but it's a pain, and if you don't get it right, then it's function as a bean bag chair is impaired.

Finally, comfort. I have had two guests sleep on this. Despite some lumps, they didn't seem to mind it the first night. Both guests chose to sleep on the sofa the subsequent nights. This is very plush and impossible to get smooth. It is filled with shredded foam which clumps together in spots and no amount of flipping will make it even.

Ultimately, we chose to keep it because it's actually a very comfortable bean bag chair, though way too expensive for solely that function. We are very limited on space in our apartment, so even though it's not the most comfortable, it is no worse than an air mattress. I'm assuming if you're looking into this, you don't have room for an actual spare bed, in which case this isn't a bad option... it's just not a great option either.

Not what it's cracked up to be

The cover is soft the fill is weak sink too deep hard to get up and out. While I was breaking up the clumps I discovered some very hard pieces in those clumps that were not memory foam and would not break up..the grand kids don't know what those hard pieces are and will not lie down on the chair. I would not buy this again. Truly a waste of my money for us anyway. Plan on giving it away. Shredded is better than chunky pieces.

Disappointing at best.

Not a fan, I assumed wrongly, if Shark Tank is involved it must be perfect. The filling is very lumpy no matter how much you shake it and there is way to little, it cannot turn in a comfortable bed and even as a chair you barely sit a couple inches from the floor. Not what I expected especially not for more then 300 dollars.

The mattress flattens down so bad after a few minutes you can feel the hard floor underneath you. Okay for small kids, NOT preteens, teens, or adults. My guests woke up stiff, and hurting.

after unpacking it.. the zipper busted open .. and now I have foam rubber all over my house... the zipper is cheap and will not withstand much... i was so excited to get this only to be 100% pissed off withing 1/2 hour after getting it out of the box... for the kind of money i spent for this.. I was ripped off... do not buy this product... because when that zipper breaks and it will.. you will have a hell of a mess on your hands... so dispappointed!!!!!

I purchased this for my brother to use, so he wouldn't have to keep replacing air mattresses. Also, when he left I would have something to sit on in that room, and a bed for company later, that didn't take up the a lot of space when not in use.

My brother says the bed is "very comfortable" every time I ask him, and so much better than the air mattresses by far! I am happy with my purchase. It is well worth the money. One thing.....don't be afraid to break up the filling in the mattress, that's how it works.

We absolutely love it! Originally got it for camping but it was so comfortable we now use it nightly as a mattress topper on our bed! True... I think we'll eventually buy extra filler as it does spread a little thin and needs to be fluffed nightly but that's not a big deal to me. Bottom line is we love this versatile product and would recommend it to anyone!

first of all, Cordaroy's customer service is simply fantastic. Best customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered this on Amazon but had some questions which Cordaroys was able to answer on their site.

After ordering, I got the item in 2 days with prime, regardless of the package weighing 41 lbs. I was very impressed.

This bed/bean bag is very simple to convert. I saw other reviews complaining about how it's not that easy to put into a bed. Remember, this is a QUEEN bed, so naturally it will be fairly big at 41 lbs. Contrary to what they state, this is very simple to use!

Assembly aside, the foam is super soft and very nice to lay on. The cover is durable and washable. So far I don't have any negatives about this product

This product sucks do not buy! It fell apart in less than a couple of uses. The zipper came apart and all the inside foam started coming out and made a mess!
