I have quite a few 2200-2600 portable chargers that worked ok back in the days with iPhone 5. But after switching to 7 and above it doesn't provide even 1 full charge. So I'm sick of those. My husband always calls them peashooter battery chargers. So I wanted to find one that compact enough but can hold enough charge. This one fits the bill. I've used this for over a week. So far so good. I love the pink color so that I can find it easily in my purse. I love the little blue dots indicators that show you how much remaining power is left in the battery. I haven't used it to charge multiple times in one day cause I always recharge it as soon as I'm around an actual outlet so that I'll ever run out of power. In terms of people who complained that it's not a real lipstick size - i didn't have that expectation. Cause it's common sense - do the math - 5000 capacity will need a bit of volume of batteries. Overall I'm happy with this purchase.

I let my cell phone battery completely discharge. When the poweradd was fully charged the 4 blue lights I plugged it into my phone the Poweradd completely recharged my cell phone's battery. It also had enough power left to charge my other phone with a battery at Half Life. I ordered the rose pink and I love the color I love the way I'm very happy with your product thank you

After fully charging this device (with 4 constant lights showing) and plugging it in to my Fire HD, it quickly discharged down to 1 light showing and only increasing the power to the Fire by about 12%. It was also EXTREMELY hot to the touch when I checked the charging. I am returning the item.

Update: Hats off to the outstanding Customer Service at Poweradd. After my previous review they immediately contacted me and asked if they could send a replacement. Evidently I just received a lemon last time. This new one they sent is just as good as others indicated they had experienced. It does not get hot to the touch and appears to be giving the charge I expected. It is a good feeling little power pack and does not feel cheap at all. I am happy to say I am completely satisfied after going through the charge/discharge process twice.

A "Lipstick" That's A Perfect Shade For Everyone

Man, Woman or child, this is a perfect "lipstick" for your phone! I don't write reviews as soon as I get an item because I don't know if it truly is going to be a good product or not. Bought this 6 mos ago when I got a new phone and like every other one, it too has needed extra power on more than one occasion. What I love about this is that it's almost the same size as lipstick. Hence the references. A lot of the others I had compared with this were very bulky and I'm glad I didn't waste my money. This has been perfect speaking from a females POV. You can fit it into small and tiny purses that we use to go shopping, out all night dancing, or even if we need to have our phones for awhile when we are out sometwhere elegant. If a phone can fit in there, so can this! It's saved not just my phone but my husband's as well when we were gone longer than we expected and ran both our phones almost out. I bought the bright neon pink specifically for when I carry large purses, so I can easily find it which that has been helpful as well

I just received these and haven't had time to evaluate them completely. I charged them up yesterday. I read the reviews and since some people had problems with getting them completely charged up, I wanted to make sure these did charge fully. Yep. They did just fine. I won't be using them until I go on a cruise in June. I love their small size. They were just what I was looking for. As of now, I would definitly recommend them. I will update after my cruise.

I had a chance to charge up my android phone today. The phone charged up in about 2 hours and I was left with one led light on the slimeline. Very happy with these. They will be wonderful on the cruise. I will be taking my Kindle and it will be needing charged up also. Thank you.

Purchased 4 of these in pink, blue, green, and black. So far, I've only tried the pink as.I wanted to try it before giving them to the kids.

I charged it to max capacity once. Charged my iPhone on it twice when my by phone got to 20% and there's still 2 green lights on it. I can probably charge my phone 2 more times before I need to recharge it. It took about 45 mins to get my phone to 100%.

This is fantastic for people with multiple devices. Now when I'm out i don't have to worry about dead phones or tablets.

Word of advice though; purchase a longer wire as the one that came with it is like 4in long. I purchased a set of 6ft wires so that the travel charger can stay in my bag while I text (or shop or play a game).

When I initially bought this product, I thought it was defective because the item only worked once and when attempting to recharge this portable battery, only one blinking light would remain. Therefore, I returned it. The company reached out to me and sent me a new one free of charge and when I had similar issues with occasional success of being able to recharge the battery, the company kept in constant communication with me. That is when they suggested me using a 5V/2A AC adapter (eg the adapter for iPad) for recharging this portable battery. This is when I realized that this battery is only compatible with one type of charging adapter. Once I started plugging in this product into my old iphone charging adapter, all my problems where solved and the item worked exactly as advertised. This is why i revised my review to 5 stars! Overall great product and great customer service :)

while this powerbank is extremely portable and light, it's not as reliable on the long run.

Buy it if you need a few months worth of extra power. It is cheap though...

review update:
+2 stars because of the customer service.

I received a full refund for my defective powerbank.

Although I received a powerbank that didn't last me long enough (less than a year) I would definitely buy from Poweradd again.

This lasted 8 weeks and then died. BUT the company informed me that it had a 2-year warranty and sent me a new one days later. I now have 3 of these slims. My wife and I love them.

Very pleased with this charger. I carry it with me all the time, just in case, and makes me feel secure in case my phone runs down. It was a life-saver in keeping my basic phone and my Samsung Galaxy player going on a grueling 19-hour train ride. I have bought a second one.

Update: had a problem replenishing the charger and emailed Poweradd. They got back to me the next day with suggestions to test and recharge the charger and then sent a new one as a replacement. Very, very pleased with their responsiveness and immediate resolution of the problem.
