I love the kid invention story and my kid really wanted this to work. However, it is very unreliable, loses connectivity all the time, and simply does not work well. Most annoying is that I bought a bunch of their cookies for this, and they fit very poorly into their own device. I'm not sure why this is so complex with the sensor on the bottom. Also, the blinking green, red, and orange lights are not very clear, nor is there decent support on their site.

Here's the application. My daughter loves her dogs and wanted to visit with them from college and give them treats. By all measures, this should do that for her. And if they did it well, she would be ecstatic. Sadly, she's now ever more heartbroken because we cannot get this to work, at all. Best we've been able to do is get it to video every once and a while. I cannot recommend this product in its current incarnation -- wait for a later 2.0 or better 3.0 version.

I love this! Gives me peace of mind when I'm away from home. I can video chat with the puppies. Tell them how good they are and give them a treat. Since I set this up they have not gone to the bathroom in the house. Greatest idea ever. Thank you!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Cheaply made and problematic

Loses it's programming daily. Treats they provided with the unit get jammed in the door so it cant dispense anything. Made of very cheap plastic and the pieces just lay on top of one another, dont click or fasten into place.

Good idea, but it needs A LOT of quality refinement and working the bugs out of it before I can even recommend this to anyone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

LOVE this!!!! At first I would call in and it wouldn't work. It took about a week for me to figure out my ipad would get a low battery message that would mess up the connection. So, as long as I keep the ipad plugged in, it works like a charm. My beagle LOVES the treats and it makes me feel more at ease when I leave the dogs home alone.

Wife Loves it and works great with Iphone and IPad. Needs windows phone app and a desktop app/macbook app would be very useful to have to.. So far only Iphone OS and Android can run the program. I did find a workaround for the Macbook by using a Android OS emulator but its a bit of work to setup.

Otherwise it works great and our dog loves it!
