came with a broken leaking mug

One of the mugs has several leaks of a strange crystalline substance, and is therefore useless. This thing is astonishingly loud, and rather complex to set up and start. The funnels that one is apparently required to use to add the mixture to the mugs are ridiculously poorly-angled. The mug lids do not fasten on in any way. But I do have a mug of excellent honey chai ice cream in my freezer, now.
