Do not buy this! I bought mine April last year and it does not get cool anymore. To make it worst, I tried to get it fixed but Vinotemp said there is no service warranty when we by through Amazon!!!!!

Looks great and works well. It seems to keep constant temperature on both sides of the cabinet. I bought this over all other coolers because the left side (beverages) uses a compressor and gets colder than the thermo-electric wine cooler side. Now I can have my beers at a chilly 36 and the wine in the 50's. I only gave 4 stars for two reasons:
1 - It's noisy. That's a tradeoff I realized when I bought this one that had a compressor on one side, but you should be aware if it's in an entertainment area.
2 - The blue light for the temperature can't be turned off and is a little annoying.

I love the fact I can turn on the blue LED on the inside whenever I want. The locking feature has also proved useful to keep the kids from sucking down juice boxes.

All in all I'm very happy with my purchase and receive lots of positive comments on it's style.

16 months in it no longer keeps cool on either side. I simply can't believe it failed as I had read from others. This is unacceptable for a refrigerator this expensive to fail so quickly. I will look for an all wine one without a compressor and hope it last longer. If not, I'll scratch the idea and just put in cabinets there.

Update 2. Every year something goes wrong. Year 2 was the relay. Do not buy from Vinotemp at $75 when you can get one on Amazon for $12. Year 3. Not cooling again, can't figure out why. This has been such a nightmare.
*** I just noticed on the plug it says, " Do not use unless you have read and agree to the terms of the limited warranty." Clearly they know there product is junk. I've never seen that on any other product.

I should have believed the negative reviews. In only a short time, the unit has reached the point where neither side is able to maintain a temperature below 50 degrees. I will continue to use it to keep reds in the mid to upper 50's, but it is now useless for whites.

Sleek design and looks very good in our butlers pantry. Very quite fan initially but after a week you could here the fan what sounds like rubbing and then when it turns off it gives a knock like someone is at the door. Do that every 30 mins and it gets annoying real quick. Returned it after 28 days. Too bad as it is a very good looking piece but bad operationally. I would not recommend this for the money you spend on this.

I did notice as other comments had stated large bottles don't fit. This works perfect for me as I wanted to get bottles out of my fridge. I'm converting an unused desk space in the kitchen so needed some,thing small to fit under it, shelves will be installed on the side to make full use of the space.

Temp display messed up.

It works fine, but the temp display is messed up. there is a black mark through it. I can still read the temp, so not worth the hassle of returning it. but very disappointing.
