This is an outrageous piece of junk that I doubt a dollar store would even charge a dollar for. I paid $17.00 without the (sold separately) pillow. The quality of the printing on the burlap band is poor and the ruffle looks old & faded rather than a vibrant orange. It is a darling concept with horrible execution.
