Toasty, cute, but a bit bulky.by Marne Gigante (4 out of 5 stars)

I bought the wireless option. These slippers are very warm even when you don't have them turned on. I suffer from Raynauds so my feet and toes lose circulation when they get chilly. These get so toasty warm! They are a bit too bulky to wear all the time, and they only come in one size so are a bit big on me. The battery packs have a high and low setting indicated by a red or blue light but I don't know which is which (cannot find details anywhere). They are great for relaxing days. And they are adorable!
Heating element died after less than a month of use

Update: after less than a month, one of the heating elements has gone out and one of the slippers has stopped heating. Considering that I only wear them when I'm seated and I don't walk around in then, I think that's pretty poor quality. I have updated my rating accordingly.
Great when brand new, didn't survive a month of nightly use.

For Christmas I bought my fiancee and I each a set of these slippers (Narwhal for her and Dragons for me). They are great and warm when they work fully. The wireless version for her, one heating element stopped working. Not sure if it's the charging brick or the internal wires. Hers also started tearing at the end with the stuffing coming out. As for mine, the cord started wearing through the bottom and you could feel it in the bottom of your foot. I don't know if these have a weight limit but at 135lbs I shouldn't break these slippers, and lastly on mine one of the charging connectors broke off so I can only charge one slipper to heat. See the attached photos.
The slippers themselves are actually quite comfortable, but they're don't stay on very well

The slippers themselves are actually quite comfortable, but they're don't stay on very well. The back portion that goes around your ankle is very thin. This prevents you being able to just stick your feet in them like most slippers. You have to actually pull the back portion around your ankle (although it's probably bad for them, I usually just pull the "tail" to get them on. Once on, they didn't feel very secure around my feet, and I constantly have to keep pulling them up around the back.
PROS:
They're cute slipper to wear around
Very comfortable to walk in
CONS:
The slippers don't stay on very well around the back of the foot.
The battery packs only last about an hour, and takes just as long to charge
The heat is only on the top of the foot and not all the way around.
Overall, I bought these slippers as I'm diabetic and constantly have cold feet. I ultimately stopped using them as they don't stay on very well and the battery packs didn't last very long. Also, when wearing them, the low heat setting was hard to even notice, yet the high heat setting just caused my feet to sweat.
Loved them until the heat broke after a few weeks, wish Amazon would give me a full refund

I was so excited when I got these. They are cute, comfy, and the heating was so cozy! Perfect for someone like me with problematic circulation. That was why I splurged for myself and justified getting these (I know this price isn't a splurge for everyone, but for me it was treating myself.) I wish they had used a matching zipper on the head instead of the super contrasting black (seems just as easy, and would make a big aesthetic difference), but otherwise I loved them. Fast forward 2.5 months, and I have worn them about 4 times, when the heating in the right slipper stops working. It isn't the battery pack (I swapped them back and forth to check). So I contact the company, who offer to send me a new battery pack. When I let them know it isn't the battery pack, it's the slipper, they say that means it counts as defective and I will have to contact Amazon for a return. I contact Amazon....who will only give a partial refund, since it is past the return window of 30 days. Even though the product broke after less than 3 months of very little use. I so wanted to love these, and I would have if they had held up.

The slippers are exactly like the picture.. they are so pretty.. and actually pretty comfortable a little bit hard to walk with because the head of the animal is quite chunky.. I would've giving it the 5 star because at the begginig everything was perfect but two months in and one of the slippers doesn't work anymore and it is really really disappointing because this was one of those purchases I was really relying on to keep me warm for a long time since I work on a desk all day and my feet are always cold.. it's very sad!
Cute slippers but got a faulty battery pack. UPDATED

UPDATE 23Dec2016:
Contacted seller and requested for a replacement battery due to this faulty one. They gave me an email notification stating the request was submitted yesterday and received the battery today!! So far works great and my girlfriend loves it now that she doesn't have to work around with switching battery packs from the hand warmers (toast ones are so cute) and the slippers. Updated rating from 1-5 due to amazing customer service, quick turn around time to resolve the issue, and great fun products
My girlfriend and I decided to exchange gifts early and I have her these. One of the battery packs was flashing orange when first charging while the other pack was solid orange. This morning I see that the solid orange turned blue and the other battery pack was still blinking. Tried turning the battery pack with blinking light but no go. Other pack is OK.
Very disappointed with this since she can't use the heating part of the slippers which is the biggest reason why I bought this since my girlfriend gets cold easily. Be aware. I'll have to find a spare pack or something but I would test the battery packs when you receive it since this could be a common issue.
Seems that after reading reviews, the battery packs are huge issue and doesn't seem like the company is doing much. Finding alternative battery packs.

Gets warm quickly but just be careful to watch how long you have them on. I dont think there is any kind of auto cool off function so dont wear them to bed or anything for too long. They are very soft and cute. Not really meant for walking around in for very long but they do unplug on each foot so you could walk short distances inside without running into trouble but i wouldnt wear them outside or anywhere dirty. Connects with USB to the wall or to a computer.
