The Silpat Perfect Cookie Mat makes perfectly uniform and perfectly spaced cookies every time. The inner circle is the guide for the size of your dough and the outer circle represents the size of the final baked cookie. Cookies bake evenly and slide right off the pan without using oils or parchment paper.

This was a fantastic product to make macarons on...I wish the guides were a little smaller, but the clean-up is minimal after baking and no wasted parchment paper!

The original cookie mat, I have had mine for over 2 years and so far no problems with flaking or peeling. I only use it twice a month though but that is about 24 times a year and so far no problem.

There are knock offs now at Costco but I trust Silpat for the long haul since these are not inexpensive items and I want it to last.

I was tired of buying and throwing away parchment paper when baking. This product is absolutely amazing. I love how easy to clean it is. I have used this mat to bake many things from chicken, cookies, and other pasteries. I decided to go with this mat because I always had the hardest time with spacing cookies when baking. They would always seem to blend together. This is fool proof. I was so impressed that I had to write a review, and share a picture. I really don't feel that anyone would be disappointed buying this product, and I can't wait to purchase another one soon.

Nothing Sticks To It.

This is my third one, this was for my microwave. If you hate cleaning up drippy cheese or other things you should have a Silpat. I use the full size one in my oven when I make biscuits and cookies. No need for oils or sprays - nothing sticks to it. DO NOT use as a cutting board, you'll ruin it.

I even made candy covered pretzels and laid them on the Baking Mat, they didn't even stick like they do on wax paper. We made cookies and they came out perfectly because of the circles already on the mat. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Only used once so far.....but seems to work well. It was a little smaller than my Airbake cookie sheet, but still managed to fit all cookies on well. Was an easy task to move entire batch on this mat to the cooking rack and left them on it to cool. Cookies came out great. Would recommend. I was prior using disposable parchment paper. This was as easy to remove cookies from, they came out just as good, and is reusable. (Also, made it much simpler to transfer to cooling rack on this), I expect next time, I will make cookies a little smaller, and make 13.......since they ran together a little.

The guides help A LOT for Macarons. I tried another cheaper silpat without guides and the Macarons were all different sizes, lol! Awfully expensive considering it's cheaper to just draw the circles on parchment paper as a guide under a clear plan silpat, which I later did ;)

Silpat is the only way to go!! High quality and easy to use for macarons and your other baking needs. Easy to use and clean...so happy with this product. Other brands are lesser quality and resulted in my baked goods sticking; since getting and using the silpat, I have not had any further sticking issues. I could not be happier!!

Love these mats. Use for cooking which makes cleaning a snap. But what is most amazing about the mats is use on the nuwave PIC. Keeps the top clean (perfect fit with no scratches) and the pots and pans do not slide around the PIC. If there is a boil over no problem. Just blot up and keep cooking. Use in the bottom of the nuwave oven also. Getting ready to buy more. Love them.

Required for Breville Mini ovens

This is awesome and required for baking cookies in a Breville Mini oven. That oven comes with a non-flat "baking" pan that is useless for cookies. Perfect size - set it directly on the rack. No more burning the bottoms or baking cookies at an angle! No greasing or spatula needed - after a few minutes of cooling just pick the cookies right off the mat! Easy to clean.
