I ordered 2 of these (one for my brother's birthday and one for myself) and I must say I'm pretty underwhelmed. They are cute no doubt, but the functionality just isn't there. They both worked for about a day as far as charging goes. My brother's won't charge his phone at all, while mine will maybe charge my phone 1% in 30 minutes time. The light still work, but it's pretty much decoration only now. Very disappointed. Next time maybe I'll jusg wrap some battery powered LEDs around a regular iPhone charger. It would probably cost less.

had this darling item in my SAVE FOR LATER list since holidays 2016; finally ordered it & gave it to my college age daughter Thanksgiving 2017 to use for holidays 2017; the charging feature (them main reason for the item!) worked less than a mth; by the time she came home from college for Christmas 12/14, only the lights worked; we ended up putting an adapter plug on it & using it as a Christmas decoration, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING THIS FOR A CHARGING CORD

Lights up but doesn't charge

So, it lights up when plugged in and did charge for a small period of time. A week later, it no longer charged although the lights still work. And since I waited 31 days I couldn't return it as the company said it was outside the 30-day return period. I guess I have an odd Xmas decoration now.

I loved this, but it does not always charge my phone. It gives me the notification that is not a supported device. So I just used it as a desk decoration for the holidays and plugged it in to my laptop.

I use these all year. However these don't have an on/off switch like the ones I had last year and I received them with one light not working. Amazon is great about returns and they replaced them right away. That, and no on/off switch is the only reason they get a 4 rating.

So kitschy and cute! Love them!! The flamingos stay on when plugged in. So, my ONLY suggestion is making the product only light up when charging, but otherwise perfect.
