Quality is not as good as my flashforgeby LarsOfAmes (3 out of 5 stars)

We have 3 printers in our lab here. The Witbox had an issue out of the box with unwanted movement in the X axis. Had to tighten a bunch of screws in the belt system to fix. Quality is not as good as my flashforge. The original design also had the tip machined out of the head block making it very hard to replace the Teflon tube. Eventually I purchased a second hot end head, who's heater element failed immediately. The manufacturer refused to send a replacement since I didn't request in 14 days from order date, however they also took almost that long to ship the part. Not happy with their customer service, I will not be ordering another witbox...
No replacement parts available within the U.S. so prepare for shipping costs when in need of repairs

I do like the Witbox and when running it is great but I wish someone would have given me a heads up that absolutely no parts or replacement items for it are available outside of Europe! Getting a new hot end requires a $55 part with $40 shipping. And forget about finding anything to replace wiring or that without major headaches. Again, great printer when running. Do not expect to be able to do repairs with major expense and searching within the U.S.
