I got this lunchbox for my toddler. The compartments expand to be huge. Really big. The built-in spork is great for little hands, but it sticks into the large food compartment. This means that I have to expand that compartment, even though the food inside doesn't require the expansion. That's annoying. Also, food travels between the compartments rather freely. Rice ends up in the fruit, and I wouldn't even try anything liquidy in it. All in all, it's fine, but there are other better options.

I haven't used it yet, but some of the pictures make it look like the lid forms a seal between the compartments. It does not. I'm sure it will be fine for reasonably solid foods, but make no mistake, anything liquid will NOT stay put if the box is inverted. Also, the spork thingy seems to fall out easily.

Not really leak proof, each compartment can leak into the other; however one year later these are still holding up strong. I have two and my two grade school age boys (6 & 9) use them daily for school lunches.

I bought these after Ziplock discontinued their food container. I probably would not buy this again because the plastic gauge that is in the lid, is extremely hard to get it to stay in the lid. It does leak, so if I happen to put a juicy fruit in, it gets the rest of the food soggy. The compartments are pretty big, you can put a lot of stuff in them.

Ordered this hoping for good results. Sadly, the lid to mine wasn't quite snug after being latched which caused leaking. I am returning my first container and will update this review after I receive my second container.

UPDATE:

I have received my replacement container and it works much better than the first. The lid to the new container fits snuggly to the base, and is much more leak-proof. The only downside is that it isn't 100% leak-proof. The only way this leaks is from pressing on the silicone part of the base. For most, this container will work perfectly. I however, plan to store this container in a satchel which puts slight pressure on it. This pressure probably won't be enough to force the contents out of the container, but you never know. Minus one star for having to return the first container, but overall a good product

The corner of the cover was cracked when I received it, though it still worked fine. Then the rubber seal inside the cover fell out after a handful of uses.

I was SO excited for this container but the inner rubber seal on the lib broke/fell off/unglued/whatever on the FIRST use. I feel incredibly ripped off.
