I returned this item because it was overpriced. Just buy the large wiki stick pack without the case. There was about $8 worth of wiki sticks in a cheap plastic case for $20. It's not a good deal.

A road trip favorite

I bought this kit for a long road trip to occupy kids aged 1, 3, and 5. The 1 year old tired of them quickly; the 3 year old was entertained for about 20 min, but the 5 year old was occupied for about 1.5 hours and asked to play with them again later. I love the open-ended play that promotes creativity. It was a great way for him to pass the time without burying his face in a tablet or some other screen for 10 hours. The carrying case is super convenient too as it has enough head space to store all of the creations.

This product does not match the description. The activity book is only 6 pages (8 if you count the covers). It DOES NOT INCLUDE the fun picture cards of the plane and ship. The activity book isn't something my kids can use. I have to read it and then encourage them to play along. Honestly, the suggestions in it are fairly lame. The colorful cards to outline is wikkistix would have been a big hit.

I got these wiki stix for our road trip to Florida and I just have to say, my girls played with these more then anything else on our trip. I was pleasantly surprised. Will most definitely purchase again.

I bought this for a road trip over the summer since I thought it looked really cool. I thought it would be a huge hit for my 5 year old, but she played with it briefly and was done. They have a film on them and she didn't like how it made her fingers feel after using it. I will say that you get a good amount of stix for the price and it's nice to have a carrying case for them!

If you are going on a road trip ....BUY THIS NOW. No - seriously...like....why are you still reading this?! It was a HUGE hit for my 3 and 7 year olds and they literally played with this for HOURS. In the car....in the hotel....at restaurants....It's a life and sanity saver so....do not hesitate. The creativity that they brought out in my children was priceless and to see them share and think creatively together was magical.

Very impressed with the wikki stick themselves, but the case is not worthwhile.

We took it on a trip with us. My son, who was very proud of his case and careful with it, came home with a case that was all broken apart. I kept finding bits that had broken off. Pretty brittle.

Another time, I'd buy the stick and skip the case or pick up one of my own.

I LOVE these sticks! They are so multipurpose. Great for small kids to help with fine motor skills, they can use them for "2d" art, they can use them to trace letters or numbers. Older kids can use these instead of a 3d pen and build sculptures. The stix stick to each other and to most surfaces, and are REALLY hard to destroy. The only downside is they leave a residue behind when stuck to things. Easily cleaned though :)

No mess activity for hours of fun

This set provides hours of fun. I bought it to keep my niece busy on a road trip and she had fun making the different designs and props. I bought the set for the carrying case and the idea books that it comes with. She was excited for both features as it makes this a little more special than just a pack of sticks. The sticks themselves are a great crafty activity, they stick to each other but nothing else so it's easy to create with them but there is no mess.
