All the comments about the cheap nature of this device are pretty much true, but it doesn't really matter- and what do you expect for this price. I gave it four stars, because it is nearly PERFECT for leaving astray, tempting passers by to pick it up and give it a few twists. I NAILED my 13 yr old son with this- he didn't notice the exposed interior regions as he started playing with it and then WHAM!

It does make me nervous, however. Unlike nearly every other shocking toy, that gives you hand a jolt, this thing shocks you from hand to hand (with your heart in the middle!) Consequently, I am reconsidering my original plan to leave it in the open to nail anyone who might fiddle with it. It would be very embarrassing to kill someone with a cheaply made prank like this.

I took off a star because it looks pretty cheap and you can't move it every way like a regular Rubik's cube.

However, it sure gives a good shock! I put it in my oldest son's Christmas Stocking and got him to play with it by telling him it plays a song as you try to solve it! HAHAHA

It's made about as solidly as a house of cards (another wonderful game), but it gave a ridiculous number of people a ridiculous amount of joy when gifted to a certain Rubik's Cube World Champion as a holiday gift. For that alone it's worth 4 stars.
(Yes the thing doesn't even turn properly, but that's beside the point)

When this item was received it had a dead battery or something and did not shock at all. I also ordered to shocking pistols and they did not work either. I would not recommend buying anything from this seller.

Battery died with in an hour of opening it up. Sadly there is no way for you to really open it up and fix it.
