I just used this yesterday when I got out of the hospital. Had a mastectomy and a bumpy ride would be painful. I got this before my surgery. And the day I used this seat belt cover, it was one of the things I'm grateful for. Drain belt and this seat belt cover. I had to ride 45 min to get back home. I wasn't driving. I didn't feel any pain using this cover. There's no instruction needed, you just open with its velcro to open it or close. Remember to wash it before use. Good luck to anyone going through this. This is just one less problem you need while going through recovery.

I usually tuck a small pillow under my seat belt. I have had a double mastectomy with reconstruction and all seat belts hit me in the wrong place. This arrived and used it immediately on a trip that required being in the car for 5 hrs on each of 3 days. Worked great. This is a godsend.

Great product - I am two weeks out from lumpectomy and reconstruction surgery and this sweet pillow has made wearing my seat belt on riding on bumpy roads much more bearable. Fits over your seatbelt with a Velcro fastener and extremely easy to use. I would definitely recommend this product - one of those things you didn't know you needed but you are glad to have it.

I purchased this for my mom. She has a chemo port which made the seatbelt uncomfortable for her. She wasn't even wearing her seatbelt to be honest. She loves this pillow and is able to wear her seatbelt now.

I have had breast surgery 6 times on the same breast and each time I hated getting in the car because the seat belt hurt to use and at times I would just take it off even though it was not safe to do so. With the Chest Buddy you don't feel the seat belt on at all. My husband is getting ready to have surgery on his shoulder for a torn rotator cuff and I am going to Have him use it. Love the Chest Buddy!

Great concept but it needs tweaking!

This does add some padding, but it has to be removed and reattached every time you get in and out of the vehicle as it does not stay in place. Also the weight of the device tends to turn the device upside down a lot, thereby creating a need to spin it so that the Velcro (rough side) is not against your skin.

Still using it after double mastectomy in April. When I feel comfortable without it I will use on tummy as a tight seatbelt isn't comfortable for me. Easy on and off
