Perfect cruiser wheel

These wheels are awesome! As I was riding over gravel and sand the channels in the wheels sent those rocky bastards flying out of my way and made sure I didn't lose my momentum. Not once did I get stuck by a rock, crack, or uneven patch of asphalt. I put them on a popsicle board for a compact cruiser that moves like a long board. Great wheels and worth every penny.

Bought these wheels as a Christmas gift. My 6th grade son loves them. They are much faster and easier to control than his stock wheels that came with the board. When I say they are faster, they are much faster, so make sure your kid wears a helmet. Great for cruising around the neighborhood or park.

I guess I'm the first review! That's something new! Anyways... So I've been skating for about ten years (on and off, nothing fancy). I just use it to cruise around, getting from point A to B. Couple years back I've purchased the poor man's Penny, the Stereo Vinyl. I liked the size and carving on it was great. But, the ride wasn't as smooth as I've hoped it would be. I wasn't expecting a ride smooth like longboard, but I wanted it to be at least stable enough for longer rides. Fast forward to now, I've stumbled upon these set of wheels on Shark Tank (the TV show). So I got them, half expecting that I got ripped off and half expecting a miracle. And after a week of use this is how I feel:

The Ride: 3.5/5

I like the wheels. They aren't as grand as what they advertise. But, I've notice that the wheels are consistently smoother over cracks and bumps on the road. HOWEVER, don't expect too much. It still has equal trouble with bigger debris and such.

Carving: 4/5

They are much better than the standard Stereo Vinyl Wheels. I've switched my bearings to bones reds, and it's perfect going down small hills.

The Appearance: 2/5

Gosh darn it. This thing looks ugly. I mean, it literally looks like my baby cousin's Toys R Us junk. And the dragon on the side definitely does not help with the level of tackiness.

Overall: 3/5

Overall, you may be wondering. Are these worthy investment? Well, it depends on how much you generally spend on wheels. Decent wheels range from $40~$60, but cheaper ones are around $20. If you normally spend around $40~60, and looking for something new, try them out. If you want these wheels to be the only wheels. Don't. They're not make it or break it type of wheels. They're just ok, not FANTASTIC YOU MUST OWN ONE. Don't expect a miracle from them. I personally think they are decent wheels, but not the greatest.
