A much-needed product. Muffles your mic, but the tradeoff is worth it

Got this as a gift for my dad, who does not know the definition of 'sleep mode' and leaves his phone on full brightness in his pocket at all times. Thanks to this case, his phone doesn't die by 2pm every day! In fact, it hasn't died on him at all since I got this for him in December. The trade-off is that it muffles his voice when he's talking on the phone and the aux. port is hard to reach so he can't plug in earbuds to talk on the phone, either. He wound up getting bluetooth headphones to fix the problem. Aside from that, good product. My dad is constantly dropping his phone because he insists on putting it in his shirt pocket, then forgets about it and bends over to pick things up... several times a day. He's cracked so many screens and accidentally drowned at least two phones in the past, too... thanks to this case, his phone can easily take the abuse now. An added bonus is that the case uses a micro usb cable to charge, as does my phone, so now we only have to bring one kind of car charger when we go on road trips together.

I really love this case. The colors are really great and it is so much lighter than other cases with the same characteristics. The most important thing is that it really protects my phone from everything. I have a 2 year old boy and he has throw my phone several times and put it into water, but my phone is like new because of this great case. I've had other cases with the same features and by a few months they already look old and the battery charger have started to fail, but this case looks like new and the charger is perfect! I really recomend it specially if you want your phone to be really protected and to have battery all day long.

Disappointed in missing items but still love the case

The case itself is amazing, it does have a bit of space Inbetween the built in screen protector and the phone but it isn't too bad and doesn't mess up my fingerprint Touch ID. The charging cable is very long! Very impressed with that

But, when I received my package, my headphone adaptor and the extra screen protector weren't supplied. Kinda disappointed but the case is still awesome. Would reccomend!

Unit fits phone well charges quickly looks nice and can keep your iPhone in the green two days.

It adds a bit of weight, but rather have it than not. Well made.

Got a broken case

Accidentally, bought the 6s plus case the first time I purchased (I have the regular 6s). Returned it for the regular 6s case which never worked. I looked at tutorials and FAQs to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong. Was hoping this would be a good alternative to the fre power, but at this point I'm just gonna spend the extra money and buy the fre power. Hope I don't get banned for returning 2 items so close together.

I purchased this case around 4 months ago and performed the leak test per mophie's instructions. After submerging the case in my sink there was no visible water that had penetrated the case. Ensuring a full seal requires checking and double checking around every inch of the case. It's not always visible that you've get every inch closed.

After 3 successful uses of light splashing (days at the beach, rafting trip) but never fully submerging the case I was confident that the case was lightly waterproof.

Unfortunately on use #4, despite checking the seal thoroughly, I stepped into a river on a recent trip with the case and phone in my pocket. I was likely submerged for about 2-3 minutes but that was enough for the case the leak in water. The water pooled towards the bottom, where it entered the phone, and, despite realizing my mistake, removing the phone and turning it off immediately, it never came back to life.

I have a number of Mophie cases/juicepacks and have never had an issue. They are great at charging, but after being down nearly $800 between the phone and case, I definitely can't recommend this one. Mophie has offered to replace the case but they will not indemnify the phone in any way.
If you're going to purchase a waterproof case, I'd suggest going with a vendor who has experience in waterproofing.

I bought this case for my iphone. I have a tendency to drop my phone everywhere and crack the screen. Once I bought this case my screen has yet to crack even after multiple drops. I have also walked around with it in the rain and drop it in the water and my phone survived. I even bought my sister the same case for her phone because she travels a lot and can use this.

Decent, works but would use some improvements

For some reason the change the plug from a lightning plug to a mini USB. Why? My phone won't sync without removing the case and using a lightning cable. These cases don't like being constantly opened and closed. They are so close with this case. They just need to change a few things. The need to make it able to sync through the case. They need to beef up the openings and make them more waterproof. They need to add the ability to for it to charge inductively through a dock/pad so you don't have to open and close a port all the time. This would event the port from failing so quickly.

I used Lifeproof for a long time. This one seems a little better except for the non-syncing part and the weak ports. As with all of these waterproof cases you have to use a bluetooth if you want to use your phone and be understood.

It's a great product for what it is. It does have a few downfalls, but if you operate in a marine environment it'll save your phone.

FYI: it does not work with the Mophie Desktop Dock Charger

Charges phone nicely, easy to use. Doesn't allow to charge phone just battery then charge phone through battery only, minimal instructions for use, reduced hearing ie. can't hear voice of callers very well, seems to have reduced my reception also
