Frames
The frame is clear to allow the glow to shine!

Lens
Slightly tinted lens are included which allow you to still see at night when wearing them depending on the lighting. They are mirrored from the outside and removable - just pop them out from the inside by pressing outward.

Battery
Each set of glasses comes with a battery pack with a button that controls 4 modes (off, constant on, slow flicker, fast flicker). The glasses have a 4 foot wire coming off the right hand side and runs to a small battery pack. Run the wire under your wardrobe and place the battery pack in your pocket. It uses two AA batteries (not included) and lasts 24 hours of continuous use. Please note that all glow wire battery packs in the industry make a slight high pitched tone and this is normal. For this reason, we've found that it is best to place the battery pack in your pants/shorts pocket to muffle the sound.

Age Recommendation
We recommend that a child be 12 years of age or older to use this product.

Warranty
We offer a 90 day warranty on the product. If for any reason the glasses break under normal usage, we will replace it within 90 days.

Light up glasses make for a fun filled night!

I bought these glasses and the matching bow tie to wear out to a neon glow party at a club in Los Angeles. Let me tell you, this product is an amazing conversation starter. Any bit of my shyness seemed to go out the window for the night. I was approached by tons of people all night long complementing me. The attention I received seemed to amp up my ego and made me to let go of my fear to approach women. The women responded well - most wanted to take a photo with me. It's a really weird feeling having strangers wanting to take a photo with you. I felt like a celebrity for the night. Good times!

The glasses are well made and feature sort-of tinted lens on the inside and mirrored on the outside. The mirrored lens was cool - I could hide my eyes from others. There is a certain level of mysteriousness and style added when others can't see your eyes. I know it sounds ridiculous to wear sunglasses at night but the lens are cool. I was also able to easily pop out the lens and put them back in. The glasses come with a clear pouch to protect them and store them. The wire leading to the battery pack comes from the back of the frame behind the ear and is hidden well. I was able to completely hide the wire under my shirt except for the 6 inch area leading from my ear to the top of my shirt. One of my friends with long hair was able to completely hide the wire with his hair when he wore them.

I stored the battery pack in my pants pocket. It makes a slight whining sound when on. When I turned it on at home in silence, I thought I was going to have to listen to it all night. But luckily once it is in your pocket you can barely hear it. Add the sounds at any public location is enough to make the high pitch tone completely unnoticeable.

Longevity is great. It lasted from about 8pm to 2am two nights in a row so far with no loss in brightness on a single set of batteries.

Overall, I would totally recommend this to anyone who likes attention and wants to stand out in the crowd.

Hit of the Party! High Pitch Noise Not a Problem

Fits great. It was a hit at the party and I got a lot of compliments. Like other reviews, there is a high pitch noise when lit, but when you are at a party with music and conversation you don't notice it. Unless you keep the battery pack/switch right next to your ear, the noise is not bothersome.

I gave it 4 out 5 stars because of the wire attachment. It is about 3.5ft long and I can clip it to my pocket. If there's a product like this out there where it maybe uses the tiny lithium batteries and a switch as part of the glass frame itself, minus high pitch noise of course, then it would be a perfect 5/5. Still highly recommended!

I had used the Neon Nightlife brand previously and in general thought they were a decent product that delivers what it advertises. I purchased 5 sets of LED sunglasses to be used for the groomsmen at my son's wedding reception. I had two problems with them. One of the pairs of glasses would turn on when you hit the button, but then would not transition to the next LED setting. It would also not turn off. Only way to turn it off was to remove the batteries, reinsert, and start over again, not how they are supposed to work. Also one of the sets had a distinct high-pitch electrical whine when turned on. I tried readjusting the connections, batteries, etc. but would not stop until the batteries were removed, or turned off completely.

In general, these LED sunglasses looked good and did as advertised, but 2 of the units were defective as described. The wedding was out of state, so I had no time to return/replace the defective units. So, in general, I like these sunglasses, but I would not recommend buying, unless you know you have time to return them and get new ones that work as advertised, before you intend to use them. I would have given them 4 or 5 stars if not for the defects noted.

So...they look kind of cool BUT because it is a clear frame, as soon as you turn it on, the LED lights actually blinding you from every side! As soon as I turned it on my eyes got blurry...so NO thank you - definitely do not recommend these types of glasses with a clear frame. As far as the lenses, they are dark - gets me dizzy!

Someone mentioned there is a slight buzz, yes there is a buzz but the buzz comes from the controller which you are not supposed to keep by your ear! Cable is long enough to be in your pocket.

Cool While They Lasted

I bought these glasses for a halloween party, and they were pretty darn cool.....until they stopped working. After approximately 1.5 hours of use, the light went out and never came back on. I immediately thought the batteries died, so I replaced them with new ones I had with me, but that didn't rectify the problem. I visually inspected the wiring and the neon piping, but there was no obvious damage or loose parts. The red light on the battery pack lit up with each press of the button as I toggled through the lighting options (solid, slow blink, fast blink), and seeing as though the batteries and battery pack were working, I concluded that it was a wiring issue likely stemming from dancing.

I contacted Amazon about the problem, whose outstanding customer support issued me a refund upon receipt of my glasses.

I rated 4 stars because the glasses were of good quality, and were what I expected based on videos and pictures I viewed prior to purchase. One thing I DEFINITELY advise, is to order the clear lenses if wearing them in a low light setting, you'll be glad you did.

Once I tried the neon glasses, they had an issue with the button and light settings. Contacted them directly as requested by seller (contact info card provided with glasses) they got back to me in a timely manner to replace right away. No issues since. I like the glasses but one problem

I like the glasses but one problem. One of the green glasses I ordered doesn't work and It wouldn't make sense returning the glasses that doesn't work unless there be a solution. I don't know where to send a private message to neon nightlife but is it possible if I can get a free one that does work if you could test it out to see if it works first? The glasses doesn't light up but when I unplug the battery charger thing and press on the on button I hear the screeching sound and this is only when it's not plugged in the wire linked up with the glasses but when I plug it in it doesn't light up. I got these for my three cousins and I don't think it would be fair to have two light up and one doesn't.

Update - I wanted to make sure that it wasn't the glasses. I tried a different battery of the same brand and this time the glasses lit up nicely. I was very thorough to make sure it wasn't the glasses and not the battery before leaving a review but now after trying another battery it worked. Maybe the battery was weak or something. Ignore about me asking you to send out another one for free you probably do not do it this way but I could be wrong. Anyway the glasses are working now.

These look great on you, but unfortunately you can't see s*** while you are wearing them at night, definitely get the ones with clear lenses since the glow effect is mostly lost during the day.

These glasses are so much fun at shows, festivals and clubs. I get tones of compliments on them. The tinted lenses really help with the bright concert and festival lights. Definitely must have for Raves and EDM shows!
