I'm a massage therapist who specializes in weight loss and cellulite reduction. I've gone through dozens of creams including making my own (I'm also a certified aromatherapist with training in herbalism), and haven't found anything I really LOVED for my clients. This cream is great; it really adds to the sessions and gives the massage a definite boost. It has an icy/hot feeling on the skin and a pleasant minty (but not over powering) scent. So it's a cream you can use in the morning before heading to work, without smelling like an 80 year old arthritic. I also used this on a client with arthritis and bursitis, who really liked how it felt on her joints. Very versatile. Basically it's a good cream for any circulation/detox needs. It's also 100% natural which I haven't found in many cellulite reduction creams (or joint creams for that matter).

I recommend using it like this:
1) If using for cellulite, look up Lypossage techniques on YouTube. Specifically "skin rolling" for cellulite.
2) Apply the cream and use long massage strokes to get everything moving, followed with skin rolling/Lypossage strokes, ended with long fluid strokes again.
3) Cover area with plastic wrap (if possible), and leave on for 20 minutes. While waiting drink a few glasses of water to flush toxins.

If you can do this 3-5 times a week, you'll see significant results in the area. Even just a few times per week will help as well though.

I have lots and lots of work to still do!

But, from these past two or three weeks of using this I've noticed a difference.

I am a fire fighter and put this on before we do drills and I can feel the burn from it much more with my turnout gear on! I've come to love the feeling knowing it's doing it's "job"

Like I said, I have my own work I need to do to "fix" my issues. But my skin is definitely fighting up!

I'M still skeptical and idk if my mind is seeing things or what, but I will continue to use this. my first application i got overly excited by everyone pictures and reviews so i USED way too much and my stomach burned like FIRE omg burned so bad! the sensation was like icy hot 10 x worst! on an open wound. yet, i used ALOT! 2ND time i applied an amount on my index finger sz of a nickel and felt nothing at all like that but still felt like it was working... Hospital in Fort Hood Tx messed me up. my son will be 2 and I just undergone my 4th and final c section revision surgery had a KCI wound vac for 2 months and everything... #ionlyhavetheoneson

Seriously incredible.

I've had stretch makes since I had my daughter 17 months ago and they were deep and silver. My stretch marks are 100 percent better. I honestly feel with the combination of the derma roller (microneedler) and this cream my stretch marks will disappear if I continue.

I've also used this cream on shin splints and felt immediate relief! I love this hot cream and Id recommend it to anyone!!!!

I had two kids two year apart and oh my tummy got messed up. I got stretch marks and lose skin. I was really upset and I didn't feel comfortable about my skin until I tried this cream. It works like magic even after first use. The smell it's a little strong if you don't like menthol but I do so I was ok with it. It does feel a little hot when you use it and it's a little uncomfortable but I swear it's worth it. During the shower I use water as cold as I can handle because hot water will give you burning sensation. Other than that I definitely give my thumps up to this gel. I will get more once I run out of it.

If I could give this no stars I would.

This product WILL BURN YOUR SKIN! and not in a cute way like my skin literally have burn marks please don't buy this I beg of you!

Don't be a fool like me! Also it doesn't come off if you were to try to wipe it away it stays burning hot for the entire time.

Guys this isn't a joke please don't buy this it's like purposely pouring hot cooking oil on yourself.

I want my money back.

Sweat Session Aye

I gave it a 4 stars for sweating. I purchased it on 7/20/17 and received it the same day. I applied this product and used it with the osmotic wrap. I walked for 80 mins. I was drenched around my midsection. It did heat up but it was perfectly fine for me. After I took everything off I noticed I was bloated. I applied it again after I showered and wore the osmotic wrap to bed. I woke up this morning not really noticing any difference but I'm still bloated. So hopefully in the next few days I should be able to tell the difference once the toxins are being released. I will update in a week from today.

Update 7/23/17

I have used this every day since I got it. Twice day and during workouts. I find that the heat is now lasting longer than before. When I put it on before bed and I get under the covers the heat intensify. It's a good feeling to me. I do see tighten the spots were I had few cellulitis but overall it's doing good.
