Absolutely love these, not only are they a great deal but my girls loved them. I bought these for career day at school. A scientist and a vet. I used my cricut to iron on their names to look professional. It turned out so good and they got a lot of compliments. They also use them still for dress up. The pockets are large enough to put all kinds of things in. I ordered these in a larger size than normal but that's so they would be larger and longer. This was a great buy and the material was good enough to iron on so it's definitely worth the price + more. Would buy again and probably will when my girls grow out of this one. You can always use a lab coat laying around. It's always that extra step that makes a dress up day be that much more. So many uses for this!

The 12/14 size is for a thin 8/10 years old sized child, in order for it to fit as a traditional lab style coat. Otherwise, it would be skin tight for an older or larger child! | The material is medium - high quality, not thin by any means. | I had to return, as it's too small!

I was really happy with this purchase. It is a nice quality fabric and really looks like a lab coat. I purchased a little patch to iron on the breast pocket to make it look like a veterinarian's coat, and my daughter loved it. She uses it to play vet and doctor, and it looks really cute with her stethoscope and some pens in the pocket. Very happy.

I bought this because of all the 5 star reviews. I am not sure what happened here, but this item is more like a woman's shirt than a lab coat. The sleeves are longer than the coat itself on the one I received. It's definitely not a 12/14. My son wears 10/12, and this coat stopped at his waist, and the sleeves continued beyond the end of his hands. It looks almost exactly like a shirt I have in my closet and nothing like a lab coat. Maybe mine was not sewn properly or something, but I am returning it.

This lab coat exceeds my expectations. Very nice material and well made. I was at the hospital a few days ago visiting someone and when the doctor came in, I checked out his lab coat and I was amazed that the one I ordered look every bit as good as the one the doctor wore, if not better. I can't wait for my granddaughter to wear this on career day at her school. My granddaughter is 5 and average size and height for her age. I ordered the 7-8 and I am so glad I did. Gives her extra room to grow without looking too big right now.

Great Lab Coat

This is a great lab coat for children. We got the lab coat for my son. He is four years old. He loves playing scientist and playing doctor, and this lab coat works for both! He uses for dress up time, but I think it is great for Halloween costume as well. My son is tall, and this works great. He wears a size 5/6, and this works with room to grow. The lab coat is 65% Poly- 35% Cotton. It is not thick, but is durable. I am going to have his name stitched on his upper left pocket to personalize it more.

My daughter needed this coat to go with her outfit she will be wearing to school for "What you want to be when you grow up day". I was VERY disappointed when finding this upon examination. Fresh out of the package with a stain and not a little one at that. I don't know what it is, but it's disgusting. I purchased this new and expected to recieve a NEW item without stains! I have no time to return it an order from another seller. Not a happy customer!

My six year old is obsessed with her scientist lab coat! She is petite and I got a size 7 based on other reviews that it ran short and I wanted it to be long enough to look like a lab coat and not a waist coat. It fits great, washes and dries easily and is soft. I'd highly recommend it for pretend play!
