I had wanted to make drunken noodles for a long time. The recipe I had said to make them with fresh noodles from an Asian market but I thought that was too much of a hassle so I bought these. Maybe the fresh ones would be better but I thought these tasted great and worked well with the dish. One piece of advice: once they are cooked transfer them directly from the boiling water to the wok. Don't let them sit around. They are very sticky and will turn into a unmanageable clump.

Best dried chow fun noodles ever!

These are virtually as yummy as fresh chow fun noodles! Take the time to hydrate them in very hot water with several water changes, and you won't be disappointed. I made awesome Pad See Yew last night with them. They cooked perfectly in the wok and had a great char on them. I am surprised and could probably pass them off as fresh noodles with their classic chewy mouth feel. Many thinner noodles like pad Thai noodles from a box, taste like the box that they came from. These are the freshest you'll find if not from the refrigerated section of your Asian grocer. That good!

Wonderful! Large and cook well, ideal for trying to easily replicate large Chow Fun noodles. Expensive, slightly, but to find them cheaper I have to drive 30 miles over a mountain pass (gas!), so I will continue to get them on Amazon...

These taste like they were stored in an old wet library for 100 years. Terrible terrible taste. Can't return. Just absolutely gross. WTH? Where are they stored that they taste like this - bottom of a dirty ship?

Gah!! Can't get the taste out of my mouth.

These noodles are great in soup

These noodles are great in soup. I stuck in boiling water for 10 minutes, then drained and rinsed with cold water and they came out great. Added to soup when ready to serve. They are about 1/2 inch thick. One packaged was enough noodles for 4 regular bowls of pho.

I prefer rice noodles over traditional pasta so I tried these. I am now a repeat customer! They are so tasty and perfect in so many recipe ideas. They arrived fresh and without any of those pesky pasta bugs that you might find in the store bought pastas.

Gluten free and fabulous! Did an Asian dish and chicken noodle soup, great both ways. There were not directions on the package so there was a learning curve as to how to get them to my personal liking, videos online were helpful but I found the noodles needed quite a bit longer cook time than what I found. Otherwise loved them and cannot wait to try more flavors with them!

Loved these noodles! You can't beat the convenience of them arriving within 2 days. It saved me a lot of time of having to find a market that sells this kind. I will definitely be ordering these again.
