Alarm Clock Gun

Product Description

When the alarm clock to the clock, continuous ring for three minutes and target will be erected gun, guns target lights, and the LCD screen back light will light up simultaneously.

Then you have point a gun at the target on the light gun shooting until the gun down the target, only to stop ringing. When it's time to wake up your recording will play for three minutes and the target will pop up.

Shoot the bull's-eye once in normal mode or five times in hard mode with the gun for another five minutes of sleep. Press and hold the 'M' button to turn off the alarm and return to regular mode.

In addition to the alarm modes the Shooting Gun Recordable Alarm Clock also includes two game modes, reaction tester and accuracy tester.

I bought two of these for my boys thinking they would have fun with them. One didn't work from the time we took it out of the box. The second works but only sometimes. When it is working, the target isn't necessary. You can point the gun in any direction and it hits the target. Additionally because it's on the fritz, the alarm clock is useless. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

This alarm clock is so much fun! My son (13) was having trouble waking up (he would turn off his alarm and fall back to sleep) but the focus of finding the gun and hitting the target did the trick!

The controls are clunky, so setting the time and alarm is anything but intuitive. The "games" consist of two different shot timers. Not surprisingly, the light gun is pretty inaccurate - which is to say you can shoot waaaaay off to one side and it'll still count. It's an alarm clock, so I don't see this as a huge detractor. Finally, the feature that should be the coolest - the ability to record your own alarm sounds - is absolute garbage because at this price point, the microphone and speaker are both bottom-of-the-barrel quality. The gun's slide moves back when you pull the trigger (assuming you pull it back and to the right, so as to activate the garbage catch mechanism), and makes a sound of a gun firing (and then what sounds like a lever-action cocking - HAH!) and shell casings hitting the floor. As a novelty, this was totally worth the five minutes of laughs I got out of it, but now I have more Chinese garbage to throw away or re-home.

Really cool but not the best alarm clock to get. It is fun to play with or during the day for a reminder alarm.
