Blue Octopus is a beautifully printed design on an authentic antique dictionary page from the early to mid-1900's. The pages that are used for each print are random pages from a vintage dictionary. Each page has a great antique look and feel. You will receive the exact image shown however the dictionary pages that are used will vary. This makes each print a one of a kind, as no two pages will be exactly the same. Each print measures 8x10 inches unless otherwise noted. Colors may vary slightly from the image shown. The prints DO NOT come framed, but will fit any standard 8x10 frame or any larger frame with an 8x10 matte. Our prints look amazing framed and displayed in any room of your home. They also make great one of a kind gifts! Frame not included.

I love the image... and I hung it in my room... until my 8 year old recognized the image from her Disney Descendants book. Wow. Lame.

Awesome and unique piece of art to hang in your house. For all the complainers, kindly go back to elementary school and actually learn how to read. Says it's not framed, also says it's an antique dictionary page which are REALLY THIN because thick paper was really expensive and only used for special documents and artwork mainly in the early 1900's. Bought this product about a year ago for my girlfriend, was really impressed, comes in decent packaging and a protective transparent sleeve. The coloring is really good on the printed image and doesn't look cheap and the color pops. Also, the pages used are actually legitimate dictionary pages, not just printed to look like real pages(can see my page starts with storm), they have lettering on both sides. Got a nice looking frame at Walmart for $8 and it's been a centerpiece in our living room ever since.

I bought this and another octopus print from the same company to hang as art in my remodeled bathroom. I absolutely love them! They have the whimsy I was looking for, and they are unique. They arrived in plastic sheets, they don't have frames. I chose to frame them with plain white frames. I think this octopus was more green than blue, but I didn't mind that. It's pretty much the same color as the Octopus in Bathtub print.

Perfect for a small room

These pictures are cute. I bought two pictures of the same basic design, and the octopus was one of them. Great conversation pieces for a very small room. I hung them in a small bathroom and they were immediately noticed.

I would not suggest using them in a large room. They would get lost and moreover I would suggest higher quality art in a living room or a family room or more personal art. One needs to get up close to enjoy the fact that vintage dictionary pages are used for the paper medium. A small room facilitates that. As such I am most pleased with displaying them in a small bathroom. Perfect as a matter of fact! Gives people something to look at while seated ...

Super cute! We bought matte frames (like the ones in the image) so they look like the photo. Beware this is NOT framed and just a thin print with no frame or matte. But we knew that, as the description stated such. We really like this and it's super cute in my son's ocean-theme bathroom!

Really eye catching. Just what I was expecting and hoping it would be. Seller should probably change the description photo to one that doesn't show the piece framed to avoid the confusion suffered by those who can't or don't bother to read the actual item description which clearly states that the item does not come framed;)

I love this art piece! I had read the reviews so I knew it didn't come in a frame. But it's so pretty I had to have it! I'm so glad I bought it. It's hanging in a place of honor on my 'gallery' wall. Quite a conversation piece. The colors are so vibrant and so well done. It does arrive just in an envelope, with a plastic sleeve, so not glamourous. But I'm not buying the packaging. I'll be looking into getting more of this series, what a fun thing to have on your wall!
