Our family loves food, and one of the foods they love me doing is anything bbq . I love doing different kind of bbq. And mostly our family loves kebabs. This makes me doing my kebabs faster than the usual. I usually ends up preparing the kebabs for over 30 mins. by cutting each pieces of vegetables and meat . And usually they are not the same proportion which makes it harder to put on sticks. By with this CLEVER KEBAB this is really really a big help with me. Doing my preparations in half of the time i usually do it and making more than the usual is just so perfect for our family. I usually ends up doing lesser because of the work to be done with all the cutting and preparations. This also is sturdy even if it just made out of plastic. They are hard plastics, and i love that it already includes stick , wooden and the steel ones.

Excellent tool for preparation and presentation. As summer approaches, grills come out and fresh veggies are exploding from my gard, Kebabs are one of my favorite quick meals to make. This device simplifies the process immensely and allows for exact slicing for even cooking. I do wish it would allow for cutting to the bottom fully, but I've taken to placing marshmallows as the bottom to raise everything up and the skewers slide right out before heading to the grill. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for an unbiased review.

Easy ways to make a variety of kebabs

The Clever Kebab is an incredibly easy way to make a variety of kebabs. Layer the ingredients in the kebab 'cube', push the skewers in from top to bottom, then slip a knife through the clear slots in the cube to make perfect square kebabs. It really makes it easy.

You can use traditional raw meat and vegetables and then grill them. I also used it for leftovers, layering unfinished, precooked portions of meat that I just reheated on the grill. The kit also comes with a recipe book, which includes dessert and cake kebabs, which I'm really eager to try.

The only issue/drawback I had with the Clever Kebab is once the meat was in the 'cube', I couldn't see to line up the kebab with the slot on the bottom. If done properly, the kebab should thread right through the ingredients and come out the bottom of the box so all the ingredients are back from the tip of the skewer. I had problems with that, but really all I had to do was take the kebab out and push the last ingredient up with my fingers. I may even get better with practice.

The kit comes with the cube, which can be disassembled and collapsed for cleaning and storage. There is also 16 bamboo skewers, 16 metal skewers, a recipe book, and a juicer. In the pictures, the knife did not come with the set and was included so you could see how it fit/worked.

The cat's pajamas for making blocks of kebabs. Now I just need to find a cool charcoal bbq cooker like the one I saw in Italy to go with it and I'm set!

Easy to pack and layer the meat and vegetables. Easy to cut through the slots. Bad part was that vegetables hardly stayed on..but the meat was secured well. This would save time if you were only cutting cubes of meat. Don't think I will make much use of this.
