JVCC FLOCK-1 Flocking Tape is a black cotton flock non-woven product with an adhesive coating on one side and denser than traditional felt tape. This product will make a great replacement for velvet. FLOCK-1 flocking tape can be easily applied around the edges of a wall screen to provide a definitive non-reflective border frame, which gives a more finished and professional appearance. Because JVCC FLOCK-1 Flocking Tape is non-reflective the border frame will provide an extra perception of brightness and will focus the viewer's attention onto the screen.

Flocking tape can also be used for several other non-entertainment related applications such as; an abrasion-resistant substrate and sliding surface for noise reduction (anti-squeak) and dampening, basic surface separation (padding furniture feet), scratch prevention, and rattle noise reduction. Made in the U.S.

Read online that I could use some kind of felt tape to help prevent my car vents from shifting on bumps since my car is 10 years old. I found this flocking tape that fit the bill so I bought it and tried it and it works for what I needed it for. Just applied some strips on the top and bottom of the vents to prevent it from slipping out of place and it works like a charm. Not sure if I will ever need it for anything else, but it is inexpensive enough so I am saving it just in case I need it for other uses.

Fixed rattles

I had some rattles coming from the headlight switch on my car in the dash and in the rear passenger seat area. This tape fixed those by putting it where the pieces that rattled met the interior pieces. It's small and flexible enough that you won't see it and can tick it out of the way, but is super effective. It looks expensive for what it is (and it is), but 17 bucks is worth no rattles in my car to me.

Worked well to replace old flocking tape on a vintage receiver. Adheres well and can be cut down to a narrow strip with a fresh Exacto blade and a straight edge.
