Just a heads up, the picture makes it look like this hat is stiffer and stands up but it is actually totally soft, looks more like a sleep stocking cap than an elf hat, we had to rig it with cardboard to make it stand up for our costume.

This did the job. Love it . Nice over sized fit and it lays over well. I have thick hair but some may need to add cotton balls inside it. But it worked great for me
