This amazing Black Mission Fig Gourmet Balsamic vinegar has a smooth, rich lingering taste; intense, complex flavor that is bitter-sweet very well balanced, and a sharp aroma and a mellow acidity like fine port. Traditional balsamic is good enough to sip like liqueur after a Gourmet meal or serve on top of an ice cream scoop and fresh berries. Barrel aged for at least 18 years, this certified traditional balsamic Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Reggio Emilia is produced using the standards adopted and administered by consortia in the regions of Modena and Reggio in Italy.
