Took me awhile to get used to it... If you are not accustomed to making sushi this gadget may be a little of a challenge. But, if you have made sushi before than this will be a blessing, It just takes a little practice. It is well made, has not been a problem since I bought it. Quality wise it could have been made a little better. Other than that, I like it!
