Great invention. The shirt has a spandex snug fit. The ice bags are designed to be right on the circulations. But the gentle cool temperature, it kept my body from overheating even when my whole body was dripping with sweat and my eyes were steaming. I can push through hard workouts and not having to stop!

I purchased the Qore Hydration Long Sleeve shirt as part of their Kickstarter program. After recieving my shirt earlier this week, I was eager to get into the gym. Immediately after doing so, I felt the results instantaeneously. Not only was I able to do more than 20% more reps in each set, I felt that I had more energy after completing the workout. The shirt itself is made from great material, as it easily wicks sweat away and is very comfortable. I also recieved 6 hydraqore inserts and a Go-bag. The charge times are accurate (15 mins in ice water, 40 in a freezer). In addition, I felt that the inserts lasted around 50 minutes each, but since I was working out outside in extreme heat (95 degrees + 80% humidity) I would say that the 1 hour lifetime per charge is accurate. In conclusion, this will be my go to gym shirt as it has been designed with the end user in mind.
