Product Design: We designed this costume as a shirtwaist-style dress. Made of brushed knit flannel fabric in green and red, it has gold trim and decorative peppermint buttons, too. It also comes with a faux leather belt, and of course, an elf hat. That hat has a curved peak and zigzag cuff with attached jingle bells for a just-right holiday style.
