I got a kick out of the saying because I grew up with the "i before e, except after c, unless sounded as "a" as in neighbor and weigh." This rule helped me in the 3rd and 4th grade remember how to spell "brief" and "achieve" (which frankly always looks wrong to me no matter how I spell it.) By the time I was in college many people pointed out that the rule is incorrect more often than it works, oops. I forgot about it and made checking the dictionary a regular habit. This cup made me laugh and evoked a warm nostalgia.

If you don't get the joke, you won't like the cup because there is nothing else to it. It's not bigger than average, it's not a travel mug, it's an average product, slightly smaller than I expected. Holds about 10oz
