Product Description

Melon slicer with ergonomic design soft grip handle that helps you slice melons or pineapple into 12 pieces perfectly. It is convenient, faster and safer than using a knife and cuts 12 perfect slices every time!. Approximately 10 inch inside diameter.

Direction for use:
1. Cut both ends of the fruit
2. Set fruit vertically on a stable surface
3. Place the sliced end up and insert the slicer into the fruit
4. Rock slicer back and forth to get a good grip, then push down firmly on the fruit

In order to cut threw the entire watermelon you have to have super strength. I wasn't able to cut through the bottom of the watermelon. Also the watermelon splashed juice everywhere. Way easier to just use a normal old fashioned knife

It works, but is kind of cumbersome. Doesn't quite cut through the whole melon.

I dont think it is strong enough, mine bent in a couple places & the plastic around it separated but popped back together, I dont no if mine was defected or if they just suck.

After 5 time cutting water melon blade got bent and while thing is falling apart.

Dangerous product!!

Absolutely awful product. Loved the idea, but this thing is dangerous. The blades are not sturdy enough for the job and they bend out of shape. On the other hand, they certainly are sharp. Very difficult to use. The only way we found to get it to slice a melon was to rock it from side to side exerting tremendous force. I threw it away after a few uses.

We went to a party where the hostess had received one of these as a gift and offered it to one of the guests to slice a watermelon. He was a tall, burly man who also experienced difficulty with the device and ended up with a finger laceration requiring several sutures.
