It's OK. You look kind of dorky with those flaps, but they are handy for stashing glasses, smart phone, gum or mints, and so on. I didn't find it to be very comfortable though. The velvet-like material doesn't breathe at all, and with the firm memory foam it makes you neck very hot and sweaty. I like the convenience but probably won't bother to use it again.

The pillow is sooo hard that I couldn't use it. Very uncomfortable. The snap would not stay shut and it fell off my bag and I lost it. Do not recommend

This soft; comfortable. I love that I can keep my phone on me and it easily accessible. Pockets for pens, glasses...keeps you from constantly going in your carry on. No worries if you fall asleep...secure. It also keeps my neck warm. Will probably buy one for the hubby.

The concept was nice the color was great but it kept slipping every time I put my head on it unless I was backed up against the chair. I also had concerns if I was sleeping on the plane that someone might pickpocket me. It was not as round as another type that sits well around my neck. I returned it with no hasle.

But the pillow is like laying against a brick. I bought 4 as gifts and everyone was too nice not to tell me about it for fear of hurting my feelings. Too late to return.

Something that my cousin wanted, a neck pillow, and when she saw the pockets and the flaps, she was thrilled. Also the flaps will keep you a bit warmer too on the plane.

Very nice, it will make your neck hot after awhile, no cooling effect. Really nice for travel and truly convenient. I would recommend
