I live in a dry climate with temperatures in the high 90s. Everyone has swimming pools. We use lots of flotation devices. My devices from Target half the price of this device last more than a year in average. This one lasted a week. Why. It's the way this item is seemed. They may use heavy plastic but if the seems don't hold up to accommodate expansion due to variant temperatures the item will burst.
