Had the charger for about 7 months and it died completely. I plugged it in to charge and it never charged and will not turn on again.

Customer service contacted me and sent a new one that works properly. Changed my review to 5 stars for the company standong behind their product.

Weekend camping with the family. I was a little disappointed when I seen my wife had bought this. Why would we need this when you can charge everything in the jeep. I'm not a fan of electronics on camping trips but that's where the future is taking us, and this is a good thing to have with you. The family and friends were able to keep phones and tablets charged the whole weekend and still had battery life left when we got home. It ended up storming the one night and three kids were able to use and charge at the same time two phones and a tablet as they were playing games and watching movies. Thanks to this battery pack and my wifes impulsive buying the kids were able to keep calm and occupied during a storm. I believe this will have lots of use with time and I think it will hold up as well.

2nd Update: after updating my review the first time, I was contacted directly by the makers of the battery pack. They sent me a whole new one for free and let me keep the defective one. Now I have TWO battery packs! I am so thankful for this company and their amazing customer service. SERIOUSLY, if you are on the fence about it, DONT BE. Even if you get a bad one they will likely send you out another one as it does happen. Sometimes you get the bad one in the bunch!

Update: so after barely a month of use, mine barely holds a charge and charges my things for barely 2 days before I need to recharge the battery itself. My friends, will last a good 4-5 days before needing a charge. I'm really disappointed as I really liked this battery pack but of course, I get screwed with a bad one and everyone else gets a good one. This seems to be my luck in life and it honestly super upsetting.

So, I do a lot of car living. As well as festivals. I've always had an issue with battery packs never having enough power to last me whatever it is I am doing. I also like to have a show playing while I fall asleep. Like a fan. So, I needed something that would charge my phone while it's being used and still have more than enough to last me a few days....and it does! More than that! It can last me a total of 4 days with constant use. Playing PUBG Mobile, Netflix, ITunes, Facebook, Pictures, everything! It never over heats, never fails!

It's such a great pack, that my friend even bought one for himself. He just recently sold his home and bought a trailer with a patch of land. There's no power, Internet, or electricity/heat, so he has to go places to charge his things. Not until I come over with my hand dandy battery pack!! We both were able to use it just fine for a week with it being charged at his dads house for a night or two.

I have not taken it on any planes yet, but I assume I won't have much issues as I don't fly internationally. But I'll update once I know! I plan on Electric Forest this June(2019) and both my friend and I will be ultra prepared for that trip! Lol

This was a surprise purchase. I thought the unit was going to be a lot smaller. It is bigger than my phone & it is hefty. At first, I was going to immediately return it. I wanted to try it out & give it a chance. I am so glad that I did this because it is SUCH a great charging bank. I TRULY CANNOT BEGIN TO EXPRESS HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS THING. It is so powerful. It works wonderfully & it fits in my purse. I take it everywhere & my phone is always at 100%. I use my phone for navigation AND I am geographically-challenged, so having a low battery can kind of stress me out. This charging bank offers me peace of mind. I have owned other charging banks -- several others that were less expensive. I needed SEVERAL of those to even do a fraction of the job that this one does. & even then, those other charging banks barely worked. They sustained my current battery life instead of adding to it & getting it to 100%. Those other chargers were only effective when I could plug my phone in without using it at the same time. This charger allows me to actively use my phone & it will still charge faster than the rate at which I am draining the battery due to use. THAT is very impressive. Also, I can charge three phones at one time. The unit itself requires so little recharging. We took an 16-hour trip in a car that did not have a working cigarette-lighter to charge the phones. We used this & it worked perfectly. I did not even have to charge it up again when we got home. It just holds a lot of battery power & charges the phones quickly. In the past, I bought charging banks from China through Wish.com & this unit just blows them all out of the water. The difference is night & day. It may cost a little more than you were looking to spend on a charging bank, but it is SO worth it. The whole family will be able to charge their phones while on a trip, on an outing, etc. I am looking forward to taking it with me to Disneyland, this year.

Durable designed power bank. I am so glad I got this device. I traveled quite a lot, and having the rise on using e-boarding passes, this is perfect not having to worry about low battery and struggling to find a wall outlet to charge my phone. This is a perfect travel accesory.

With its value, you can't go wrong. You can charge up to 3 devices at the same time. It is also a fast charger. It is quite heavy, however it delivers its purpose very well. I highly recommend this power bank. It will not disappoint.

This thing is a BEAST. I've been looking for a moster to power my lennovo yoga 910 on long plane flights. This thing charges that huge laptop battery at least one time over. If I had to guess it's probably closer to 1.5 times. It will charge my cell phone quite a few times. Very high quality battery. Weigh is proportional to the power of it so stop complaining. :-)

Man i love this thing!!! It stays attatched to my hip! Im constantly on my iphone x and it charges it beautifully, my son is constaly on my 12.9 inch ipad pro and it charges that beautifully as well. Havent even clocked how many times itll charge my iphone x but feels like dozens. I fully charged my ipad pro 12.9 inch 2 times from zero to 100% i was suprized. In all reality thats amazing. My 2 year old can watch 3 movies on the ipad pro befor it dies, so in reality thats about 5-6 hours of constant use. Ok this thing charges it two more times, which means i can take a 18 hour road trip comfortably knowing he will be distracted by movies the whole time. Keep in mind thatll be constant use, which is unlikly. By attached to my hip i mean i use it all the time, my couches are not always positioned so i can reach outlets in my home and honestly im tried of paying 30 dollars for 6ft apple cords, so i keep this next to me. I would love to some how intergrade these built into a couch, so there is power easy and accessible. In the car around town is a great convenience too and everyone can reach it. Its great ive had it about a month and only charged it 3 maybe 4 times which does take about 24 hours, but like i say i use it alot!! i like to make sure its fully charged and as with any battery i try not to let it completely die as its unhealthy for batteries. But yes id recommend it to everyone as i already do to all my friends. ENJOY!

Update one year later:

Still going strong i still use it on a regular and everyone asks where i got it the 30000 mah is great i do my best to not let it stay sitting while completly dead but theres times i let it sit completly dead for about 2 months before i started using it on a regular again and boom no problems. Could tell its getting old but still charging my iphone x about 4-5 times before needing to recharge. Thanks poweradd good product

Old problem:

I bought this brand because a friend has a smaller unit from the same company and he loves it. I must say I feel I may have a defective unit because I can't charge my iPad Air 2 and use it at the same time. I've had other charging banks that handle this task very well including one I've had for about six years.

I have never used a power bank, so I have nothing to compare it to, but so far, I like it. I ordered this to carry with me, but it's much too heavy and large to do that, so it stays home or will travel in a suitcase.

I used it twice to charge my phone which was drained about 50% and it charged it fast to 100%. It did take forever to charge the unit itself after I received it. I turned it on and two lights were on, so I plugged it into a USB adapter in an outlet before going to bed. The next morning it still wasn't fully charged, so I added another USB cord and it took pretty much the entire day to fully charge it. Keep that in mind if you're planning on taking this on a trip with no access to electricity. Start charging this days before you plan to leave so you have time to fully charge it.

I plan to use this for travel and to have in case of power outages. It will be a very handy thing to have!

Update: I just used this for a 2 day trip and used it to charge my phone, my Karma MiFi and a smaller external battery charger and it worked fast and perfectly. When I got home it was down only one light! This thing would probably last a week+ without being recharged. I'm so glad I bought it and just purchased another one to be sent to my son. Worth every penny spent! It's wonderful to not worry about running out of power. This will be soooo handy during power outages.

The powerbank size is compact considering the high capacity. I used this powerbank to charge my Dell laptop and iPhone 7 plus. Worked great. The weight of the powerbank is 1.354 lbs to be precise or 1.4 lbs roundup.It comes with 2 usb cable to charge the powerbank. There are 3 USB port for charging the devices..It is so useful especially when you do travelling by air. At the airport which usually I have to wait few hours or more if the flight got delayed, my phone battery would not not last since I used constantly to watch videos. I had no luck to find an available electrical.outlet for charging since there were limited at the gate. Using powerbank, I do not need to worry anymore or hassle to find an electrical outlet.
