Way too expensive for its quality (I paid around US$30).
It has bent while used on a jar lid.
Still a useful tool to have on your key ring but consider others or get it at a cheaper price.

I use it more than I thought. My only complaints is it's a little narrow on the bottle opener (I'd only use it if a better option wasn't handy) and the "sharp" edges aren't good for cutting tape on boxes, I usually end up using the end or the hook part. Otherwise it's actually pretty handy to have around every now and again!

Looks much better in the photo than in real life where it looks cheap and plated.
Not as great as the title 20 in 1 multitool suggests.

The hex bit size varies from the ones that i have.
The groves made on staples remover actually make it harder to remove staples easily, and philipes screwdriver does not work the way it is supposed to. Furthermore it is a bit thick so it does not even enter screw's twisting grooves.

keyhole should have made on the other direction. Hard to use bottle opener and box cutter while attached to keychain.

meh, it's okay. It's nice and small which is good. The downsides I've seen so far is that the box opener is not sharp enough to work well at opening boxes. A house key does just as well if not better. The other downside is with respect to the phillips head screwdriver. It is too large to fit most screws around the office (electronic gear) and when you do have a #2, If the screw is recessed at all, you can't get to it. Unfortunately these are the two tools that I was most excited about. Oh, and then there is the $30 price tag, pretty steep for a product that works marginally well.
