My microwave was stained yellow from burnt popcorn. I followed the directions and filled this with vinegar and water on the lines indicated inside, and I heated it up in the microwave several times, even letting it sit inside for awhile to let the steam build up. The stains didn't really come out. This product didn't really work for me.

I have used this a few times so far. I followed the directions adding the water and vinegar, placed in microwave for about 5 minutes and used a cleaning cloth afterwords and everything built up in the microwave pretty much came right off without any heavy scrubbing or anything. We use our microwave a lot so it can get pretty yucky quickly.. especially when you have a kid that likes to cook things with red sauce w/o covering it up and it ends up splattering everywhere! I used to really have to take my time to get it cleaned up but this product really has helped reduce that time and make it a lot easier.

I've seen similar microwave cleaners before but I couldn't resist buying when I saw this one. I was pleasantly surprised with how well it worked, not only is it cute, it also makes cleaning grime and burnt on spatter in your microwave so much easier! It's simple to use, just add vinegar and water, place it in your microwave for a few minutes, and then just wipe clean, no scrubbing required. I'm very pleased with this purchase, and recommend buying one, they're great!

It kind of looks goofy. Why not make it look like something other than a child's toy? But it works great! My husband is a work-from-home coffee addict. He reheats multiple cups per day. The inside of my microwave was turning brown. Steam cleaning gets the crud out!

I love this product. I have been doing the vinegar and water solution for the past couple of years. But I felt that this one created just the right amount of steam I needed for the dirt stuck in my microwave. The glass option just made too much steam that my microwave would sometimes end up soaking wet. This one had just the right amount of steam.

This little gadget worked great at softening up the caked on / baked on food inside my microwave. Easy to read lines for how much to fill the vinegar and water up to. I only had to run the microwave for 5 mins. Afterwards the stuck on food wiped off very easily with a damp towel. Wish I would have bought this sooner.

Every time the microwave gets stains, my mom assigns my dad the job to clean it. Since microwave is closed from 3 sides, my dad finds it difficult to rub the stains and clean them. When I gave him the Gizmo, he didn't tell my mom and said "it took me 3 hours to clean the microwave and now I need to sleep so please don't disturb me" LOL

The day after the Gizmo Volcano arrived, I put in the required amounts of vinegar and water. I then 'nuked' it for 6 minutes. The result was a steam cleaned oven and no odors. these will be on my list to give to others this Christmas.
