Very tame pre-workout

This is a very tame pre-workout. It gives you just enough boost to get through your workout, with no jittery feeling or itchy skin like other brands. However, if you are used to consuming high amounts of caffeine, you may feel this doesn't give you enough energy to power through. The flavor is ok and I would say the portions you receive are fair for the price you pay. I workout in the evening and haven't experienced any issues falling asleep at night. It is nice that PES adding in a pumping agent so that you can take one product instead of two, like Alphamine and High Volume (both by PES)

Everything is as is, which is why I keep ordering this again and again, i love the steady energy it gives me without the mass tingling you get from other pre-workouts. The flavor is the best, i traded the cotton candy for the watermelon flavor (i think that's the one i got). I love citrus flavors and the flavor it great, they nailed it. I've ordered in the past many times and will continue to order. When you find something that works you just don't mess it! Love this pre

I love this preworkout. It's simple, the flavor is quality and the effects are pure. By that i mean that its smooth and effective. I dont get a buzz or a huge energy surge but I never get tired and I dont fatigue nearly as easily. I just feel focused and ready to attack any workout, whether it be powerlifting or a high volume arm day. Also the pump is really good. I reccomend at least a scoop and a half for a serving however. Won't get you psyched but it'll let you reach full potential during a workout without jitters.

This is a great preworkout for those who are looking for a moderate boost in energy, with a high emphasis on focus and pump. This is not the ultimate beast mode, smash every PR kind of preworkout, but this is an excellent option for those using this to train for hypertrophy! The cotton candy flavour is the stuff of dreams.... by far the best tasting preworkout I've tried to date.

I ordered the prolific pre workout and received the high volume pre workout which is caffeine free. Also the package looks kinda old and the powder is already had the balling effect, which makes me feel like this might be really old. I attached a photo because i've had this happen to pre workouts but it was from them being old and not just opened

I found this product because a lot of Gymshark models were sponsoring it. So i thought, let me give it a try! I have taken an array of pre-workouts from mild to intense. For one, this preworkout didn't provide as much energy as i have seen it sponsored to be. The taste is awful of the mango is awful and my best friend at the same time ordered cotton candy and that was bad too. On top of everything else, my best friend and i started to breakout on our faces and her on her back too once we started to take this. After we stopped, we cleared up!

Really tasty, mixes well, not overdosed in caffeine, nor B vitamins. This has just enough of the right ingredients to get me some extra pep, but not megadosed with B vitamins I don't want or need, and not too mcuh caffeine. Both this and the cotton candy are great. Don't use too little water though, or it will taste strange. I like to stack this with the blue frost High Volume. Really helps me get in a heavy full body weightlifting workout after a long day at work!

My favorite pre. After going through several tubs I know it's the one for me. I've had other flavors of Prolific but Berry has been my favorite so far whether I dry scoop it or add water. Stacking it with High Volume of the same flavor and it rocks my socks. Love the clean energy without feeling stimmed out. Helps me focus. I'm never going back to any other pre.

I think people say this preworkout didn't work because their hearts aren't pounding out of their chest and their skin isn't crawling... This stuff actually works. The best analogy I have is like taking mushrooms. The effect is there if you focus on it. So yeah if you're one of those people who workout their thumbs this stuff won't work. If you're focused on your lifts and pay attention to every rep this pre was made for you

Outstanding pre-workout

I'm a big fan of Jeff Nippard, so after some cautious investigation decided to show some support and try the pre-workout he uses, turns out it's absolutely outstanding, just as good or better than Legion Pulse which is itself an outstanding pre-workout, I got some gnarly pumps, my endurance has been well supported, unlike pulse Prolific doesn't make me itch , and my focus with it has been outstanding,
And the flavor is exactly kiwi it's a pretty strong kiwi flavor, like getting slapped across the face with a bag of kiwi's, but it's spot-on, kind of light, a little citrusy, a bit of an acquired taste but it's not bad to sip on. I would absolutely recommend it.
