Tasty and mixes just fine with a spoon. This will be very handy for traveling. Not too sweet (I actually wouldn't mind a touch sweeter but easy enough to fix that). Good vanilla flavor, not too much or fake tasting. Looses a start simple for price, it's about the same per serving as a fancy coffee shop coffee. No way I could afford to go through more than a box a month.

This was exactly what I needed while on a camping trip to get the additional high quality fat and calories to support my ketogenic lifestyle without the hassle of having to pack coconut oil, mct oil and ghee I usually add to my coffee.

This is HORRIBLE! I can tolerate just about anything. Listen....to the reviews if you have any doubts. This literally made me feel nauseous, Not just because of the taste, It did not set well with my stomach. It also made me cough every time I took a drink.. There are only 9 small packets. Not worth the price they charge at all!
