They work. But go dim VERY soon after turning on. Great idea, needs to be tweaked to allow it to be in use for more than an hour before the battery cannot power the bulbs at full strength anymore.

I absolutely love these lights. They helped me survive the Holliday season. I bought these lights and made adorable decorations for everyone on my Christmas list. With how good of a deal they are it saved me so much money. They even come with the batteries I think I would have paid more money just for the batteries that are in them. I would suggest these to anyone.

Good price and cute decoration. Battery doesn't last long, though, and it's just a manual on/off switch. Would be great if it had some sort of motion sensing or timer. Perfect for your bar or kitchen. Works with wine bottles, but also with other alcohol bottles, like scotch.

Worked really well. I saved the plastic battery inserts to keep a potential power drain from happening. I used them to enhance presentation of a Valentine's Day gift by surrounding it with bottles filled with the lighting.

They sucked! Burned out in less than an hour! Not just one, not just TWO, not just three but all six I bought! Never more disappointed in a purchase from Amazon ever! The photo is supposed to be multi colors. All I see is green!

I have had no trouble with the battery life, but barely turn it on. It is the perfect solution to lighting up a wine bottle since the battery is in the "cork". If I had any suggestions, it would be to have a few more bulbs in the string. I would buy them again, however, since the effect what I wanted.

These are really pretty. The batteries in mine seemed to last around 12 hours total. The lights look great in all types of bottles. The corks look fairly realistic, but when the lights are on, no one is looking at the corks!

The clips are rather large, but works great on the mantle with Christmas Cards. It tangles, then breaks REALLY easily. I use a piece of cardboard and clip the clips on that after spending a lot of time untangling and trying to get the clips back together the first time I put it away.
