Very happy with purchaseby RSG (5 out of 5 stars)

I weigh 270 pounds and this does NOT flex that much, even when I'm towards the top. Certainly not enough to make me think it's an issue. All ladders like this are going to flex some, it can't be helped unless maybe you buy some $300 version. I bought it to keep in my RV basement. My RV is 13.5' tall and the 12 foot versions would not work for me. I got this wondering if it would be going right back to Amazon after I tried it. But it turned out to be well-made and strong. It's heavier than I expected but I am in no way disappointed in it's quality and for the price, it can't be beat. And it's so compact for what it's capable of.
Light, strong and very compact. Perfect for my RV.

This is a product that should have been invented a long time ago. Very sturdy. I'm a big guy and it works great. I use it with my small travel trailer and its way easier to pack in the trailer than any other ladder that lets me get to the roof of the 9' RV. I've already recommended it to a friend who bought one. No more extension ladders or heavy articulating ladders.

This ladder has met all my needs. Easy to use and adjust to a terrific variety of heights. Currently working in a room that I need 5-15 foot ladder. This one does it all. I read reviews saying is was "flimsy" I weigh 185 lbs and have had no trouble sith normal incline. Be very careful closing. If you do it wrong, it will smash your fingers. Just think correctly and you will have no problem. Glad I bought it...

This exactly what I needed for my 26' RV trailer. Just be aware when collapsing the ladder, count for fingers when done. There's nothing slowing down the ladder when collapsing for storage. The ladder feels very stable when fully extended and gets me safely on the roof of my rig, then barely takes up any space when stored.
Easily handled by one person.
Great price too......I'd definitely buy it again

Seems to work very good. Only used it a couple of times so far. Be careful and pay attention to what you're doing when collapsing it down. Very light weight and compact. I believe it will serve my purposes well. Glad I got it. It feels more stable to me when opening it from the bottom as much as possible for it's wider and easier to move around. It's so compact when collapsed that it fits in my Honda van and doesn't take up any space. Better than trying to strap down an extension ladder.
Sturdy, lightweight, compact and great value.

I purchased this to have in my RV in case I needed to get on the roof. I was pleasantly surprised at how sturdy and well made this ladder is. I've never used a telescoping ladder like this before and had low expectations. I am happy with my purchase and feel confident that it will work fine for its intended uses. The price was very reasonable. I like that it is lightweight too.
worth every penny! easy to use and store!

I finally was able to sell the old 100 lb. aluminum 16' 4 section for $10 and get something I can use! I'm in real estate sales and most of the inspection company's use this type of ladder. and, i can keep it in a closet and not the garage! Glad I finally make the purchase!
Unstable at Best

The ladder fits in a small space in my garage. But, when it is telescoped out fo use, not even all the way, it is very unstable. Its is shakey at best. Some of the steps do not stay locked. Be careful when you use this product. I would send it back but found out too late for return. Do not recommend this product. Go buy an extension ladder from your local hardware store or Lowes or someone like that. You'll get a much better product.
A tall but easily stored ladder

I bought this so I could clean some 2nd floor windows without having to deal with the hassle of delivering and storing a 15ft ladder. It is quite light and easily moved by one person. It does not feel particularly sturdy relative to a normal ladder and care should be taken to always have someone holding the ladder when fully extended. That being said, with sufficient caution and care, this ladder is a very practical solution.
